You should vote for RFK then because that guy will certainly drain the swamp and dismantle the CIA!

Vote for the RFK and be proud, it doesn't matter to me. In fact I don't care if you vote at all. I am not here bragging about anything, just sharing my opinions and observations. Voting with our feet is the future.

I think Trump learned much over the last 8 years. We all have learned that the whole system is much more corrupt than we ever imagined. I think Trump just always sees the world in terms of making deals to get things done. There is a certain logic to there that deserves credit, as he actually did get elected president. While I was pulling for Rand Paul, Trump blasted right past him and got the win. As to his advisors, I think he always likes to hear different points of view before making is decisions. There certainly is value to that, rather than just being surrounded by YES men. I just wish he had some "no matter what" principles.

I should have added etc in there. I certainly do appreciate him talking openly about things. I just don't think he will win but I wouldn't mind if he did. Couldn't be worse than all of the others over the last 60 years. I just won't be voting for him.

I doubt RFKJr would be as bad as a typical Democrat, but he is still a stupid Democrat. You appear to have a lot more faith in this liberal than I do. I appreciate that he is honest about the corruption in the FDA but every other opinion and policy position he holds is typical liberal garbage. I would prefer him to Biden though. I just seriously doubt he would shake much up. I wouldn't mind seeing him do it though.

Some libertarians would like to accomplish something. Many just want to hold to a protest vote for the sake of not endorsing any corrupt party. I still agree with Ron Paul that the way to get something done is through the GOP. We have gone from having 1 lone Dr. No vote to a Freedom Caucus that ousted Speaker McCarthy. Progress is being made slowly but surely. It seems to me that about 10% of the Republican politicians are fighting the corruption. Now if that could be pushed to 15% and then 20%, maybe more could be accomplished. Then again, maybe not. It certainly seems like a more realistic path than the gay agenda of the LP.

Trump has a horrible record of endorsements. At the end of the day he is a moderate guy that wants to largely maintain the broken system, but just wants to make it work better. I wish he put together a great team of people to sift through candidates and really focused on getting rid of establishment goons.

Obviously the next president will come from the Republican or Democrat party. It seems to me the Libertarian Party really should focus on getting some concessions from the Republican Party in exchange for support. Demand even 1 thing that is realistic and attainable. Something tangible and verifiable. Maybe ending the Selective Service or something. Maybe the Balanced Budget Amendment. Otherwise the LP is just a novelty that accomplishes nothing.

Except that I'm not a Republican. I sometimes register Republican to voter in the primaries as Ron Paul instructed us to do. It is a good strategy in my opinion. Primaries are where the neocons get removed. We all know that the 2 major parties are two wings of the same bird. I don't recall ever holding any conspiracy theories about the swamp being drained or the Clintons going to jail. The best I am hoping for Ron Paul's plan to eliminate some federal departments that are in the Executive Branch, much like they are doing in Argentina. I doubt it will happen, but cutting their budgets by 25% is at least a realistic possibility. I also don't recall anyone mistaking Trump for a libertarian or fiscal conservative. He isn't some guy that promotes radical change like Ending The Fed unfortunately. If you are going to make up quotes about me maybe you could show us where and when I said such things. Until then you are just spreading fake news.

For sure he is over thinking it. Newson is the ideal dictator. Acptulsa makes simple things more complicated than they really are. The swamp hates and fears Trump pure and simple. They don't trust him.

I disagree with the idea that an actor isn't qualified to be a part of a representative government. We largely have a group of professional politicians here that have little to no experience in the working work and the results of their running the government are piss poor in my opinion. I would argue that we would all be better off if D.C. was filled with plumbers, waitresses, truck drivers, and even actors. This method of governing by dual citizen lawyers is not impressive to me. The Constitution isn't that difficult to understand and uphold.

My conspiracy theory with Reagan is that once he got shot, he agreed to play ball with Bush and his cronies. I think Reagan was a mixed bag of good and bad. I think we could accuse all politicians, even Ron Paul, of being actors to some degree. How does one judge if the candidate is making decisions after getting thoughts from their advisors or if they are just a puppet?

Reagan was more than a mere actor. Ronald Reagan was the 33rd governor of California for two terms, the first beginning in 1967 and the second in 1971. He left office in 1975, declining to run for a third term. Unfortunately his dementia and choosing to ally with Bush was a major problem.

I am a big fan of conspiracy theories. This theory you hold so tightly really seems stupid to me. I guess you can't let it go because you one day want to be able to say "I told you so!" regardless of any and all evidence to the contrary. Every time I see a clip of some moron at CNN or MSNBC pushing the Dictator™ theory I am left to wonder, is the reason we haven't had a dictator ruling over us so far is just because all the other guys were to nice to invoke the Dictator Clause in the Constitution? Could Biden just declare himself to be Dictator™ right now and just rule over us until he dies? When the President does become Dictator™ do we still have to pay the legislative and judicial branches? If Trump wants to be Dictator™ do we really need to wait for an election or can't he just declare it before Biden does and win automatically?

I finally have started really getting into the bible. I have a copy of The Action Bible that is making it easy for me to understand and stay interested in. I have some other versions that were given to me. A family 1942 copy of KJV and a 2004 copy of NIV. I have started collecting different versions as well. Very much enjoying watching the series The Chosen too. There is so much evil around us...

My suggestion is that we ally with Republican voters and keep working on replacing the BIG GOVT Republican politicians in the primaries. Meanwhile keep stacking PMs and ammo. There likely is no political solution.

Libertarians should merge with Trump voters and influence policy in a more libertarian direction. To refuse to do this is to become irrelevant politically. The neocons are down and this is the time to rise up.

I am long past looking for allies that are 100% overlap with my beliefs. I have a solid overlap with the type of politicians that voted to dump Kevin McCarthy and those that are standing up to Mike Johnson. We will never see a Congress filled with Ron Paul type integrity people. I have learned that the best we can work for is Massie, Gaetz, MYG types, and hopefully have 75%+ overlap. D.C. is satanic. The primaries are the only shot at cleaning that mess up and that is an extremely long shot.

Rand Paul and Matt Gaetz are both in the small group of Republican politicians that oppose the uniparty in D.C. and that is about the only good thing coming out of the federal government.

The only thing I have to say about this is, I think it is good for Trump to meet with libertarians. Trump should listen to libertarians more than he should talk. He could and should learn from libertarians. Trump should put libertarians in charge of the Treasury and economic policy. I don't expect any of this to happen unfortunately though. Department of the Treasury Secretary Ron Paul Department of Justice Attorney General Andrew Napolitano Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Foreign Aid to Israel puts the U.S. deeper in debt and is bad Foreign Policy

by Cleaner44 on 07-12-2011 at 11:47 PM
When the United States government gives foreign aid to any nation, it throws the concept of Fiscal Responsibility completely out the window.

The U.S. is deeply in debt and must continually borrow money from nations such as China just to operate on a daily basis. Borrowing money to give away to foreign nations that do not pay into our national treasury is fiscally irresponsible. Borrowing money to give to Israel is a heavy burden on the American taxpayer and we simply can not afford

Fiscal Responsibility: Ron Paul vs. Mitt Romney

by Cleaner44 on 06-25-2011 at 04:00 PM
When it comes to the issue of fiscal responsibility both Ron Paul and Mitt Romney understand that the spending of the U.S. federal government is out of control. The annual budget deficits are leading to an ever increasing national debt that is unsustainable. The federal spending must be cut massively in order to balance the budget and that means massive cuts to the size of the federal government.

There are three steps that must be taken in order to get to a point of fiscal responsibility.
