Does Jack Conway believe only Lawyers can govern?

“Rand Paul has this tendency to get in public or get on national cable shows and feel like he wants to give me a lecture on constitutional law,” said Conway. “I’m the attorney general of Kentucky. He didn’t go to law school. I did. I don’t need a lecture on Constitutional law from Rand Paul or Sarah Palin.”-Jack Conway
    Hmmm.

Apparently Conway never went to Logic School, because appealing to authority is a logical fallacy.

I need an education in US history, from the ground up. Can you help point me to a comprehensive, unbiased, scholarly resource?

One does not need to be an attorney to understand the US Constitution.
