Except they don’t whine. They would happily do it the next time too, as has been done election after election, as this country tanks like it has been doing before their very eyes. These are the voters that determine this country’s fate.

Whatever whatever… I go by the overall record, not just a select one or two which becomes negated by all of the horrendous damage the others caused, and certainly not just because person x happens to endorse somebody for the sake of party unity. I do not condone or support Fascism. Period.

Not only the vaccines, but also the surveillance state, captive agencies and other issues that he has been vocal about, that Trump or Biden never at all mentions.

Trump and Biden should run together on the same ticket; Trump can show him how it's really done and Biden can take the credit blame.

The Secretary of the Senate is required to make all reports filed under the LDA, as amended, available to the public over the Internet. Reports may be accessed in two ways. https://lda.senate.gov/system/public/ For example, after clicking the green "Contributions Report" button, you can type in Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline or any entity that you want and this will list who the lobby money went to.

Yes it violated the Hastert Rule. It's not the first time this Speaker has done that, either.

I admit to not being very knowledgeable on this topic, but how on earth can the FTC "strike down" existing legal agreements between businesses? The FTC isn't a judicial body with power to strike down anything done between consenting parties during the course of business, especially retroactively. Declaring existing contract agreements null and void?? It seems the feds are now fully in "Constitution be damned, we'll do (say) whatever we want and hope it sticks" mode lately. Time must be getting short to something.

I don't doubt there's maybe a few people organically pushing more extreme POVs, but don't for a second think that the same provocateur playbook used by Antifa/LEO/FBI/.mil/Intel types during the Charlottesville marches, the Floyd BLM protests, 2020 election protests and the rest isn't also being used in these anti-war protests. The media and LEO, et al REQUIRE the presence of some bad actors to zoom in on in order to paint the 99% peaceful protestors as also being "violent extremists" or whatever label of the day, such as antisemitic in this case. Don't let partisan blinders fool ya into thinking they don't use the same playbook over and over to discredit protests and/or paint protestors as "bad" to the masses in the controlled media. Provocateurs aren't partisan.

Remember that the WEF Davos meeting a few months ago was centered around ramping up censorship and clamping down on speech. Ever since then, it's been bill after bill of this stuff. Heck, even some websites I frequent have turned ban-happy toward any post that even begins to be critical of Israel. It's interesting because it shows how almost fully their minions control damn near everything now. Even sites that it wasn't apparent, until now. FWIW, I still don't think it's permanent since Revelation, if one puts any credence in that, requires that the world turns on Israel eventually. In the meantime it appears to be pedal to the metal on censorship, though. eta: Speaking of Revelation, it's interesting to watch how the pushers of these measures are very publicly revealing themselves to be merely tools of other powers. The Great Revealing, indeed.

While I am glad to see some of the positives that Javier is accomplishing, I am extremely weary of any person "in power". World Economic Forum, NATO, Israel, the failing American dollar, etc... I will wait to form my own opinion/conclusion. Though I might be wrong, there is a strong potential that when all is said and done, it can/will lead to 3rd Positionist or other flavor of Fascism. Btw, Gary Barnett, so far, is solid.

The mod will move it where appropriate. Of course I hold the congress critters accountable. I hold Trump accountable for not bothering to veto, and explain to his constituents the horrendous policies that he so happily signed. If you don't like these articles, simply skip over them and move on.

Mises Wire Wanjiru Njoya 04/27/2024 The classical liberal defense of contractual freedom is derived from the principle of individual autonomy. Freedom of contract entails the right to enter into or exit from contracts at will. As Richard Epstein argues in his defense of the contract at will: "The first way to argue for the contract at will is to insist upon the importance of freedom of contract as an end in itself. Freedom of contract is an aspect of individual liberty, every bit as much as freedom of speech, or freedom in the selection of marriage partners or in the adoption of religious beliefs or affiliations" (p. 953). Utilitarian classical liberals, like Epstein himself, who agree with him on the value of individual liberty therefore defend the widest possible scope for contractual freedom. They would only accept limits on that freedom in exceptional cases which Epstein defines as “the infrequent cases in which discharge of the contract at will is inconsistent with the performance of some public duty or with the protection of some public right.”

By David Stockman April 27, 2024 This is an excerpt from David Stockmans book: Trump’s War on Capitalism. As it happened, the US Congress acted like greased lightning, enacting the $2.2 trillion CARES act virtually sight unseen just eleven days after The Donald’s March 16 press conference initiated the Covid lockdowns. The bill was over eight hundred pages long and included a more ostentatious cornucopia of spend- ing authorities and free stuff than had ever before been imagined in even the most profligate quarters of Capitol Hill. This tsunami of money amounted to roughly $6,000 for every man, woman, and child in America, or 45 percent of all federal government expen- ditures in 2019. The money was literally shoveled into the US economy in mas- sive dollops with virtually no eligibility standards, qualification pro- cesses, and enforcement/accountability procedures. This included:

These are all lies. Over the years that this topic has been debated here you have been presented with everything you claim to have been denied and more, by a fairly large number of posters. Also, I find it hilarious to be called a “cultist” by somebody who has spent YEARS obsequiously defending Trump from the overwhelming majority of criticisms levied against him, most of them reasonable and richly deserved. Talk about a “cultist.”

Debbie Lerman Jan 15, 2024 In part one of this article, I reviewed the contractual and regulatory framework applied by the US government to the initial development, manufacture, and acquisition of the Covid mRNA shots, using the BioNTech/Pfizer agreements to illustrate the process. I showed that Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) was granted to these products based on clinical trials and manufacturing processes conducted with * no binding legal standards,
