Joe Biden Goes Global with $40 Trillion ‘Build Back Better for the World’ Infrastructure Plan

President Joe Biden will announce during talks with world leaders at the G7 summit on Saturday a global $40 trillion infrastructure plan to “Build Back Better for the World.”

During their meeting, World leaders at the G7 summit plan to meet about the importance of a “fair, sustainable, inclusive global economy,” including a discussion about China.

The White House previewed the initiative in a call with reporters, promoting a plan that would compete with China’s Belt and Road Initiative. (A White House official branded Biden’s Build Back Better for the World proposal as “B3W” as opposed to China’s “BRI.”)

“We’ve seen the Chinese government demonstrate a lack of transparency, poor environmental and labor standards, and a course of approach that’s left many countries worse off,” a senior official said.

Biden’s plan would offer a different option for the world, the official noted, competing with China by offering a plan with the “highest labor and environmental standards.”

“This is about providing an affirmative, positive, alternative vision for the world than that is presented by China and, in some similar ways but also in some different ways, Russia,” the official said.

The White House stated that Biden would work with Congress to increase overseas infrastructure financing and coordinate funding from other G7 nations and the private sector to help fund infrastructure for low- and middle-income countries.

They cited a needed $40 trillion investment estimation by the World Bank through 2035 for their price tag.

“[W]e’re aiming for an ambitious and credible scale,” an official said.

One official noted that the G7 nations will also discuss the problems with China’s practice of forced labor in Xinjiang.

“The point is to send a wake-up call that the G7 is serious about defending human rights and that we need to work together to eradicate forced labor from our products,” the official said.
According to government's own numbers, over half a MILLION people are dead, just in the US alone, because of a man made virus designed to be even more deadly than what would be found in nature, released, possibly on purpose, from a Chinese lab, a virus that that was created from funding and prior research given to the Chinese scientists by our own government because we, in fit of sanity, pulled the plug on funding here.

Ya know, if we would just spend less money blowing up roads and bridges in other countries they wouldn't be so eager for China to come in and build roads and bridges.

Biden makes Obama & Trump look like Fiscal Conservatives.

For example during Trump term, US taxpayers paid over $380 per capita foreign aid to a few very special foreign democratic countries but Biden could end up making the whole world equally special if these reports are factual. Dangerous foreign equality from taxpayers standpoint.

Country Assistance FY 2017 ($US millions) Aid received per capita FY 2017, $US
    Iraq 3,711.99 96.98
    Israel 3,191.07 383.45
    Jordan 1,489.50 153.53
    Egypt 1,475.61 15.13

That's a great point. There are the rumors of war with China. If that comes to fruition, I have a feeling that China will have a much easier time recruiting allies against The US.

Do they have money in the budget for such things?

From socialist liberals standpoint, 'can't put a price tag on global equality and social justice'.

Although AF might argue 'debt no longer matters'.

That was part of 'conservatives' pushed foreign freedom projects and everyone knows we 'can't put a price tag on freedom'.

This money and contract selection will be used so the global elites can gain greater political influence so they can install their world view there. If you think you are going to escape the elites by moving out the US, think again. Throw enough money at people and they will sell out their countrymen for it.

    * Also, I have effectively retired from all social media including posting here and are basically opting out of anything to do with national politics or this country on federal or state level and rather focusing locally. I may stop by from time to time to discuss philosophy on a general level related to Libertarian schools of thought and application in the real world.

They sure do. This is all part of the economic plan to manufacture demand for dollars. All these projects will be paid for in dollars, backed by dollars and the FED will print those dollars. Labor around the world will slave for those dollars in the form of their local currencies which are pegged to the dollar.

Notice that the purpose is to ensure tighter regulations over construction projects in other countries.

To Biden, America's role in the world is to spread a lack of freedom.
There is nothing to fear from globalism, free trade and a single worldwide currency, but a globalism where free trade is competitively subsidized by each nation, a continuous trade war is dictated by the WTO, and the single currency is pure fiat, fear is justified. That type of globalism is destined to collapse into economic despair, inflationism and protectionism and managed by resurgent militant nationalism.

    Argue?

    Why would I argue anything?

It's a clear and evident fact: the national debt no longer matters to government, to the bankers, to Wall Street, to the American people, to silicon valley, to the rest of the world (who are more than happy to finance our destruction, even if they take a fiscal loss).

Yes there is...and what is frustrating more than anything else is the fact that we have all the tools at our disposal, the moral high ground and the philosophical foundations to end this tomorrow.

All we are missing is the courage and the will to act, collectively and in an organized fashion.

Maybe next year. Starting to run out of things to watch on Netflix.
It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.

That would be great. The "working in a collective organized fashion." But, that is not how it is going to happen. It's gonna take a spark. And it's gonna be excessively messy. And many are gonna die. Might be when the Feds throw the book at Kyle Rittenhouse. And Americans don't allow his imprisonment. Might be something else.

Lead can go down range. And the media organs can spin it for the politicians that hate freedom.
I think it is gonna come down to secession. Just ONE state.
