Right. And they weren't fond of Leonid Brezhnev. They had to make several Andropovs drop off before they got people they were in bed with in the Kremlin.

I never said the situation hasn't changed since then.

So, then, wouldn't it stand to reason that the invasions since 2001, Afghanistan in this instance, were for the clearing of the path for the Belt and Road and associated projects like Russian pipelines? If CIA doesn't work for "America", but rather for the global bankers, and placed their men in position at the Kremlin, how would the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001 been to stop a pipeline planned by their own men in the Kremlin? Doesn't make sense, hence why I think the more sensible explanation is that the path was cleared for the pipeline, not to disrupt it.

Gas supplies are still spotty in areas of NC and SC I've been lately. Seen a lot of places selling only regular grade gas and diesel prices have jumped. Interestingly, I've noticed that it is the smaller, likely independently owned, gas stations having the supply issues. The big chains like QuikTrip are having no problems. The notion that small businesses are being pushed out in favor of the big chains looks applicable to this bs pipeline disruption, like so many other recent supply chain disruptions and price hikes.

Folks need to stop using a corrupt Operating System in industry.

    sounds like Stuxnet
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

They told us a long time ago that intel agencies had backdoors into practically everything electronic. Now we see why the prohibition against Huawai products. No CIA/NSA intel backdoors in their products. Intel (Intel Inside...heh, puts a new spin on the name, no?), AMD, Apple, MS, Google, Cisco, etc all gave them backdoors.

If someone accepts any services from any of those organizations, those organizations are possible "disruption" targets for hacks or whatever else they can dream up. Plan accordingly.

Strange how all these hacks seem to be happening to industries that Biden wants to attack. I'm sure its purely coincidence and not at all planned.

And here comes our brave and valiant Congress suits, ready to pass legislation in the People's House (don't mind those 15 foot fences with razor wire and guards with machine guns, for your safety) to fix the problem! Dunno about you folks but I breathe a big sigh of relief when I see that Graham, Collins, Portman, Schumer, Peters, Warner, Rubio, Whitehouse, Blumenthal, Wyden and Tillis are all "crossing the aisle" to pass critical legislation. I already feel safer! Poorer and more controlled but definitely safer....and isn't that what matters?

“We in Congress have a responsibility to conduct oversight and determine whether our government needs an additional authority and resource to take the fight to cyber criminals and foreign intelligence services,” Schumer said on the Senate floor.
That's gonna be a tough sell in Congress, voting yourself more resources and more power, but I'm certain you'll be successful in whatever you decide is best for us all, Chuck!

Massive ransomware attack on supply chain through Kaseya cybersecurity firm. Looks like WEF Cyber Polygon is about to ramp up. And this time it's the cybersecurity firms that you hired to manage and protect your systems that are distributing the ransomware to your systems!

    https://www.wired.com/story/kaseya-s...e-attack-msps/
The software in question, Kaseya VSA, is popular among so-called managed service providers, which provide IT infrastructure for companies that would rather outsource that sort of thing than run it themselves. Which means that if you successfully hack an MSP, you suddenly have access to its customers. It’s the difference between cracking safe-deposit boxes one at a time and stealing the bank manager’s skeleton key.

Get prepared y'all. These people ain't playin'.
