A Virus that Divided Americans, Get Off My Lawn 1774 https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2021/05/15/exclusive-odonnell-a-virus-that-divided-americans-get-off-my-lawn-1774/ Patrick K. O'Donnell 15 May 2021 Over 246 years ago, an invisible enemy descended on the town of Marblehead, Massachusetts. A virus divided the town politically and had a profound impact on the Revolutionary War that followed shortly after. The scourge of the smallpox virus had arrived in Marblehead on June 1, 1773, brought by the town’s fishermen. Those infected with the variola virus, known as smallpox, undergo several stages: high fever, rashes, and pustules that form like peas under the skin. The affected are highly contagious and often physically deformed. The Selectmen of Marblehead first attempted to contain the illness by quarantine.

2-A) BY Dr. Fauci. Or at least by people he was in part funding and directing. I still maintain that this was all just a dry-run, to see how well the global planners could keep a lid on plague infested world. To see whether they could maintain control long enough for the half million or so of them to emerge from the other side alive, with the 8 billion or so of us dead from a real pandemic viral attack. COVID 19 had a survival rate of roughly 98.5% across the board. COVID 20 will have a morbidity rate of 98.5% across the board.

Well...it's better than nothing. Employers will balance the risk of lost productivity from potential outbreaks to the risk of vaccine adverse reactions. I think to convince employers against vaccine mandates is to point out alternatives. For example there are COVID test kits that can attach to your cellphone and give you results in minutes. https://www.aarp.org/health/conditions-treatments/info-2021/at-home-covid-tests.html There are also COVID sniffing dogs. https://phys.org/news/2021-04-accuracy-dogs-coronavirus.html If you can show you aren't infected, it shouldn't matter that you aren't vaccinated. If you are infected you need to be home anyway.

^This. It's funny that some years ago I was at a conference that was supposed to be comemorating the history of a black hospital in Nashville that existed back during segregation, and lasted a few decades after desegregation but ultimately closed. But it became a political farce. One of the presenters was talking about the very real problem of racial bias in medicine. Apparently studies show that doctors are less likely to prescribe powerful pain medication to blacks than to whites assuming falsely that blacks have a higher pain tollerance. During the question and answer session I asked "Aren't these powerful pain medications the main reason why whites, as opposed to blacks, are suffering from the opiod crisis?" He was like "Yes that's true. But it's still racist." Well....if the racism HELPS me...is it bad? Right now some people are saying that blacks should be prioritized to receive the vaccine. That sounds more like blacks being prioritized as guinea pigs rather than "reverse racism." But that's just me.

I dont see how any employer could not be found liable for any adverse effects of any required medical dabbling. In fact employers might be the least knowledgeable people you could put yourself in the hands of with these decisions. Employers with sense would just avoid this. Invisible Man and Danke are not available for comment , they are busy getting extra vaccinations .LOL

This belongs here. On my favorite sci-fi TV show of all time, Babylon 5 (though The Expanse might overtake that), there is an episode where Mr. Girabaldi is restoring an old motorcyle. He has problems finishing the project because he can't find parts or fuel. Lennier, one of the aliens on the show, finds out that the last gasoline powered motorcycle was built in 2035 and that the motorcyle was a sign of masculinity and "sexual prowess." Lennier later takes it upon himself to finish the project for Girabaldi with using a clean energy source. Girabaldi is pissed at first, but then enjoys the experience and he and Lennier ride around the space station.

Yes. We know we're being lied to. But what exactly is that lie? That's the problem the 9/11 Truth movement faced. All every faction in that movement ever agreed on is that it could have actually been prevented and that we were lied to by the government. Beyond that there was the no plane theory, the "missile / drone" theory (with or without a plane), the thermite theory, remote control plane theory, controlled opposition "patsy" theory, LIHOP vs MIHOP etc. These theories were not mutually exclusive (I subscribe to several of them) but some conflicted with each other. The strength of the 9/11 Truth movement is this. We were (all) certain that none of the government response was justified. The wars were not justified. The police state was not justified. There was no ongoing threat. Even the "blowback" theory put forward in public by Ron Paul and Michael Schuerer embraced the idea that the wars and police state were not justified. When it comes to the pandemic, the difference in the views also leads to a difference in responses. There is the "there is no virus" view. Maybe the illness comes from 5G. I don't think that makes sense. People get sick...and then either die or get better. Some sort of radiation poisoning just gets progressively worse. Then there is "It's just the flu." Maybe. I do think it is an altered coronavirus though. Coronaviruses are not new. They cause colds. This one was altered IMO to be lethal. Some accept the "It really came from the wild" theory but reject all mitigation measures including masks, vaccines, lockdowns and travel restrictions. I wore masks back when the CDC said not to. (Call me a rebel....and something of a bootlegger as I was going through the back roads of Tennessee finding masks to re-sell and ordering them from China when they were not available in stores). I think Iceland and Taiwan did pretty good without lockdowns, though both did restrict international travel and Taiwan masked up. (It doesn't seem like Iceland masked up). These days I'm kind of ambivalent about masks. I wear them sometimes. Sometimes I don't. I don't argue if someone says put one on. What the coronavirus truth movement seems united on is that mandates, whether they are lockdowns or mask mandates or vaccine mandates, are wrong. So what do we do? Sure. Fighting is great. But how? A call to action, without a plan, just leads to frustration. Though I no longer listen to Alex Jones, I do like the idea of an "information war." What information needs to get out? IMO this is key. 1) Dr. Fauci can't be trusted. It's not just Dr. Fauci, but he is the focal point, the "point person" the "kindly grandfather type" 2) The virus is most likely man made.

I think it is fair to say there are a lot of cops that are much better than a lot of others but in the end they are all just armed tax collectors for the city , county , state or fed govt so ya Osan is right. I can think of one good congressman , one good Pastor but no good cops.

You know they've already been talking about how this might require "booster" vaccination right? Actually it's the vaccine makers pushing this. Real scientist question the need. But guess which "scientists" will be deemed the "real scientists" and which will be deemed quacks? https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/top-scientists-question-need-covid-19-booster-shots-2021-05-13/

When I lived in the Keys, jeez, 40 years ago now, Key West was still something of an oddity, a rare place of tacky tourism, pirates, scofflaws, weirdos of all stripes, sailors, fishermen and retirees. "The Newly Wed, the Nearly Dead and the Underfed." Police state AmeriKa had not come to the Keys yet. I can recall one night, drinking in the Key Colony Beach Marina, and a fellow named Clancy decided he was going to target practice on the day shapes in the channel from the deck. KCB had one cop...Clem, who arrived and talked down a belligerent drunk with a 1911 .45, took him to the drunk tank to sleep it off and let him go the next day. Last time I was there, it's all gone, nothing but fucking Disneyworld south.
