The abuse of "insurrection" I find irritating. The networks immediately set to mangling yet another word and they should be taken to the woodshed and beaten senseless. Calling the events of January 6, 2021 an "insurrection" betrays the media networks for what they are. Anyone who has lived through a real insurrection knows that you don't have dumbasses taking selfies in Senate offices. They are running wildly about, well armed, and looking as if they were in a very bad humor as they shoot and kill people in large numbers. Government is crap, and that's really an insult to crap. EDIT: Russia and China are by all means our mortal enemies, make no mistake about that. The world is run by ill-bred toddlers prone to tantrums, armed with nukes. This likely cannot end well for anyone.

I addressed something like this a few years ago. To wit: https://freedomisobvious.blogspot.com/2017/05/super-organized-societies-and-warrior.html Human societies have existed for a long time, between 100,000 and 200,000 years, if the archaeologists are to be believed. For the vast temporal majority of our tenure, people have lived in simple tribal societies, if the current interpretations of the anthropological record are to be taken as credible and true. Once again, depending on whether the anthropologists have it right, so-called "super-organized societies" did not come into being until comparatively very recent times. Even if we assume that the settlement at Çatal Höyök in modern Turkey was a super-organized society, that would place the emergence of such entities at only 9,500 years, a comparatively small chunk of humanity's time on earth, thus far.

Cannot answer that as there appears to be insufficient context. We agree. What a group wants is not perforce the problem. Tyrants don't care a whit what you want, if it does not accord perfectly with what they want - what they will allow.

OK, I just vomited this from my cranium. I think this is closer to correct. Amendment XXIX Because individuals holding positions of public office and other governmental duties occupy positions of special trust and privilege, they must be held to a higher standard of action. Intent is largely irrelevant to the actual results that arise from the choices made by those in such positions.

What a load of treasonous bullshit. What SCOTUS did here was keep the door shut on the states in a far broader way, reaching way past Obammycare. This was a message to the states and everyone in them as to who is really in charge here. Those sever justices should be hanging from their lifeless necks for this. Sadly, we Americans are gone way too far down the pussy highway to see to it that proper measures are taken to correct this felony against America. That all aside. this leave the door wide open for reformulating the individual mandate some time down the road. We have been betrayed yet again, and boy and how did I ever pooch in my opinion that Amy Barrett was anything better than a garden slug. I'd pull the lever on her myownself if someone would convict her. Can't trust anyone these days.

Bear in mind the old saw: God help those who help themselves. Waiting for someone to come bail your ass out is almost 100% guaRONteed to get you nowhere good, real fast. And so it goes with the human race, always waiting for someone else to do the heavy lifting. Look where it's gotten us. Make of that what thou wilt.

Oh, but it is. No matter, believe as you wish. We agree, but it is still beside the point of my post. I was specifically addressing the so-called "left", and nothing else. You are attempting to call this error because I have not included the rest of the filth, meaning you miss the strategic point entirely. It is the "left" that is winning hearts and minds precisely because they are promising free unicorn-poo ice cream cones for everyone. And to be blunt, there is a fundamental difference between communists and everyone else. Free shit is a major structural difference in the world-views of progressives and, say, Republicans. That is not to say righties don't have their problems - we agree they abound in all parties, but to claim there is no substantive difference between the two is absurd, prima facie. Here we speak then in terms of degrees of slavery and the "right" is decidedly less restrictive than the "left", and often by very wide gaps. But it remains a slave mindset, and in that regard the one is as rotten as the other. But if you are going to tell me that you would find there to be no palpable difference between living in a "right" world v. a "left", then I would have to infer that either your mind is gone or you are selling a bill of goods. Well foo. Thanks for pointing this out. I would swear on a stack of bibles a mile high that that was not the meaning, but it's precise opposite... not the ultimate, but a notch down in a way analogous to the relationship between optimal and optimum. How in hell I got the definition so reversed in my thoughts is a mite past me. OK, so I have to correct myself by pointing out my error and my actual meaning, which is reversed from what I wrote. Pity's sake, this is really disturbing. I hope this isn't one of those signs of creeping decrepitude. Thanks again. I may have an edit or two to perform.

Your point? What we have is by far better than communism, but it remains a gilt cage. Nobody with a lick of sense or integrity denies this. Furthermore, communism isn't a euphemism for something it isn't. "Capitalist democracy", OTOH, is very much that. Neither of these have the least thing to do with actual freedom. Further still, the hordes of empty-headed failed "intellects" we call "left" are not flocking to "capitalist democracy", but rather communism... on their knees, mouths opened wide in eager anticipation of their spasmed reward. Does a child molester live in the Vatican?

For the record, and this is nothing new but perhaps it bears repetition, communism is a game of felonies. It plays on all the worst that is in a human being, most specifically, FAIL (Fear, Avarice, Ignorance, and Lassitude). Communism is all about the individual riding the wave of crime against his fellows. It is mob rule not unlike democracy in its ultimate practical results, but with different color grease paint on its face. Once again, communism != communal living. The two have nothing to do with each other because the latter is a descriptive term, whereas the former is proscriptive. The one is a simple observation of what is, the other a specification of what should be: positive v. normative. One sees what's happenign, the other barks orders and edicts at you. Can I make this any more clear? Do not me taken in by the superficial similarities and the tacit assumption that appearances represent the deeper truths upon which they are painted. Nor should you make the grave error of trusting the competence of those peddling these slippery terms to the world. And finally, always remember and never forget that the intentions of those who peddle these pills of conceptual poison are utterly irrelevant. Far too many of us are in the habit of miring ourselves in the arguments of a criminal's intentions, as if ostensibly good ones would somehow excuse the felon's actions. Intentions count for absolutely nothing at all, especially in such cases. Result is the only thing that matters where such issues are concerned and the unamended violation of a man's rights is always an outcome of the criminal variety, by definition.

I'm doing no such thing. You are misusing words. Communism has nothing to do with communal anything, save communal poverty and communal force of the "state" against the individual. "Communism" is jargon. The term was foisted upon the world by a raft of raving lunatics and has nothing to do with community, communes, communion, and so forth. It has everything to do with painting misleading pictures of false utopias and using the sword to force people into acting as if their stoogery was ultimate paradise. An analogous effect would be seen were I to be stabbing you though the neck repeatedly with a large knife while telling you how much I love and treasure you. The words and what people have been lead to believe they imply turn out to be diametric opposites of the accompanying reality.

We could go down that pedantic path, but to what end? Pardon me, but that response sounds eerily similar to the brands of rationale used by the hard-left to justify their crimes against humanity. They pull that brand of thing all the time. Generally speaking, I believe people know when they are being genuine and when they are being disingenuous. Few of us fail to see the bullshit and baloney spewed by those who choose to accept absurdity for no other reason than that it gets them what they think they want. And yes, people do that sort of thing all the time, but that isn't really territorial behavior, but rather blind avarice being masqueraded as such.

You are employing a different sense of the term, and in fact "communism" has practically nothing to do with "commune" in reality. What you have outlined here is a prime example of the abuse of language, much like "For The People Act", which is in no conceivable way for the people, but rather the tyrants. Communists are pathological liars by their nature precisely because they are thieves. They want to take what is yours, preferably with your consent, but will employ force if need be. In either case, they are incentivized to lie to and bullshit those around them. In the case of voluntary handing over of the goods, Theye need a line of shit that convinces the rest to put out. "Blah blah equality blah blah blather blah..." The dumbasses and opportunist-parasites go, "OOOOOooooo... we're all EEEEEEEEEKWAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLL... Sign me up!" In the case of having to use force, Theye similarly need a line of shit that enables them to rationalize and justify their felonies. And so the methods of NewSpeak come into play, and Orwell didn't invent a whit of it, but gave it a good name. Define terms to suit one's goals, even if it means mangling words and language to the detriment of all. It's all good if it gets you what you want, consequences be damned. This is what Theye do. It is ALL Theye do. Communism has a very specific meaning and it has absolutely nothing to do with "commune", "community", etc. It has everything to do with chicanery and bitter hatred or, far worse, utter indifference by one population to the rights and plights of another, and is thinly disguised as the precise opposite. Furthermore, the purported altruism of the hard-left commie is in fact one of the foulest of human obscenities of self-absorption, masquerading as compassion for one's fellow human beings. The claim of altruistic intent is a clear and infallible sign of malice and malignancy in a human being. I would prescribe the death penalty for any policital officeholder who would dare utter that word as the basis of any legislative effort. And no, I am not joking. "Altruism" is one of the most singularly spectacular lies of all human existence. It is a penultimate obscenity and should be stricken from human consciousness, as it describes an impossibility and labels it as some form of ultimate human virtue. Fie upon all who worship at that altar.

I would tend to agree with this, but since when did "state" have anything to do with the good between men and their inherent natures? "State" is all about tyranny. The very concept of "state" is repellent to Freemen and attractive only to Weakmen.

All shapes and sizes? Sure. Some are skinny, others fat. That's about the gamut of variance for anything even remotely "libertarian". Those who would say "I'm a communist libertarian" should be involuntarily de-sexed so that they become incapable of propagating The Stupid into yet another generation. 1/2 :) Freedom. That's the long and the short of libertarianism proper. All the rest is putrefaction of the term. "OOOOoooo look at MMMMmmmmmeeeee everyone, I'm a left libertarian and I want the right to suck my goldfish's weenie..." Seriously, we should just buy Africa and put all the stupid people there and leave them to their own devices... supervised, of course, as they could not be trusted not to manage global destruction via The Stupid. Freedom is governed by natural law, which is the Law of the Freeman (what I generally refer to as "Law" , and carries but three precepts:

I would add a few points. Firstly, I don't care if they are ***** or pro-polygamy. Freedom is as scary and shitty as it is elating and exciting. As with anything, liberty is a mixed bag because we humans are mixed bags. Secondly, the open borders deal is a whole other kettle of rotting-in-the-sun fish. Humans are by nature territorial. Being so makes every good sense imaginable and it is wired into out mid-brains. Therefore, to go against our own nature by dispensing with borders is insane. It is tantamount to dispensing with our identities. Those advocating and working toward open borders should be taken from their beds at 3 AM and beaten with iron bars and whipped with iron wires until hatred for their mothers for having brought them into this world becomes second nature to them. People speak ceaseless of "tolerance". Tolerance yes, but not of the intolerable.

And it ought to. No sane man approaches this sort of thing casually. But we can say the same thing for the ways in which we the people have sat idly in the face of open tyranny and allowed Themme to do whatever the hell they wanted. Fate favors the bold and we the people have been ever so timid of late. Oh, and secession is not a particularly good idea at this time - not so long as we retain alternates. The notion of national defense is valid in this world of predatory insanity. Were the fifty states to go their own ways, I guaRONtee they would fall, one by one, to the likes of Russia and China. Of that there is absolutely zero doubt. They are meat eaters. We used to be but are now turning faggish. This will serve nobody well, of that I promise you. This republic thing can be done right, but not with corrupt people as the gross majority. We must be intelligent, smart, and grimly intolerant of the intolerable.
