https://freedomisobvious.blogspot.com/2021/05/no-such-thing-as-good-cop.html Today I begin with the thesis that there is no such thing as a "good" cop. If you are one of those who are ready to jump down my throat and hurl rotten tomatoes at me, I ask that you remain calm until I have explained my position in sufficient detail. Bear in mind that most of what I will assert and attempt to defend bears the modifying amendment of "as currently constituted" and/or "as currently defined". I will do my best to make all of this clear in short order. To begin, I strenuously and unequivocally object to the concept of a "law enforcement officer" for the reason that "law" stands ill-defined in every source I have come to know. In the dozens of attempts at defining "law" that I have read, which range from Bouvier's and other law dictionaries, to various less-formal swags, nowhere have I encountered a definition that was in any way so much as approaching the sufficiency of rigor. This is more than a little surprising, given that the future's of countless lives have hung and continue to hang on the concept, which speaks directly to the much vaunted idea of "justice". How can one have justice if we cannot define that which is just? Even more surprising is the fact that one of the very best treatments on the subject can be found on wikipedia.org, a source I generally and validly view with keen suspicion and doubt. And yet, the article acknowledges my assertion that there exist no proper definitions of the term. To wit: There have been several attempts to produce "a universally acceptable definition of law".

Maybe "solutions" isn't the right word. His talks about how people are waking up to The Cathedral is more irrelevant cope. Even if it is happening, what institutions do those people have to fight it? This is a re-engineering of boomercon cope. "Look how the masses are on our side!" yells the conservative before losing yet another cultural battle. This is the story of the so-called "silent majority" since Nixon. "People are waking up" is just a rephrased version of the same. I quite like Michael Malice, and I appreciate that his optimism doesn't come from trying to convince the masses. And believe it or not, I'm not black piled. But his idea of the US peacefully splitting up after a process of ideological self-segregation is simply a pipe dream. The Cathedral ain't letting go of what they perceive to be theirs. The global hegemon isn't splitting up because a bunch of people in the middle of the country don't like being under the de facto rule of a class of activists in a handful of universities. The right needs new discourses, and this isn't it.

You assume they think like you. They do not. Their view is that there is 'wealth' and they want to be on the team that takes it.

Well then you are the ridiculous person for answering "yes". In fact the car does still get you from a-to-b with a tit-milking nozzle attached to it. More generally, your sentence is nonsense. It's false. Many things manage to be useful despite having parts that are not useful. You know this. Everyone reading this knows this. Yet you puff up and put on airs when corrected, instead of saying "yeah, you were right" like a man with some honor. It's pathetic. And you've been called out on it. That's what happens when you try to double down with laughable, ridiculous flailing in an attempt to defend a stupid thing you wrote.

Yeah but it's so strange the media speaks with one voice isn't it? Have you read Douglas Reed's "The Controversy of Zion"? He documents a bit of how a particular group took over the media. It's really interesting history.

If "she" won, she'd be another Arnold, who also got the office through a recall election. I won't vote for this person. There's some things I just won't do. Voting for a person like this, just to get -- at best -- stale boomer conservatism is just not worth it. I'm definitely voting for the recall, a damn Gila monster would be better than Newsom, but I will not vote for one of the people who has done such irreparable damage to our culture, whatever "her" opinions on taxes are. I'm waiting for the "Democrats are the real transphobes!" takes from the bottle blondes at Fox News.

Politically speaking, human beings tend to suck. That is my personal opinion on the matter. Tribal anarchy was a nice arrangement whose time is now over. People mostly respected one another and when they didn't, they settled matters between them - sometimes agreeably, other times with violence. Then there were the tribal tyrants - really not much different in essence from today's high-tech tyrants. Consider the Comanche and other, similar American Indian tribes. They were warlike and often preyed on their neighbors, often manifesting truly spectacular displays of brute violence sufficiently extreme to chill the blood of even many a rotten conqueror. The myth of the peaceful and wise Indian is a load of crap in many cases, but let me not digress. Tyrannical tribes has preyed on the mostly peaceable anarchistic tribes since God only knows when. This appears to have been the case worldwide - humans. Then someone got the idea to become "civilized". So far as anyone knows, thus far, that all started in Sumer long years ago when they built a walled city in order to defend the community from roving bands of blood-thirsty hoods who'd come in and raid them. I will not judge the merits of this idea because I was not there and therefore do not know how bad things may have been. But knowing humans, especially the breeds found in the middle east, I can readily imagine that things may have been pretty dismal.

Yes, I should have made that clear, but there should also be a conglomerated DB as well to serve as a redundancy measure. People should be able to make copies of their original ballots and send them nationwide to watchdog organizations, for example. And I would make it a class-A felony to alter a copy in any way whatsoever such that the truth of the ballot such as whose it is, how they voted, etc. would present a misleading picture. We all know precisely the sorts of fukkery that would go on, especially with Democrats, falsifying copies for memes and that sort of thing in order to whip up public anger and all that. Voting may be bullshit, but it's what we have and so long as that be the case, we should be stern about cleanliness near to the point of the draconian. The other side of that coin would be that anyone convicted of falsely accusing someone of committing such as felony would face long prison stays with large and very lonely men whose motto is "gay for the stay", and be financially ruined, including their families. Make fukkery so grave with horrific risk that all but the most hard-core criminal dementeds would even dare think about such things. I would add the same wildly horrific punishments for anyone convicted of ballot fukkery at polling places. You count the votes honestly, efficiently, and do not bring in or out suitcases full of ballots at 3AM. Everything is monitored via video 24x7, you remain sequestered on site until the counting is done, no leaving for home, food is brought to you, and if so much as a single vote in your charge is wrong, you will have a LOT of explaining to do with no benefit of legal counsel, no right to remain silent, and so forth. These are the brands of measures necessary if we are to be serious about straightening out the mafia we call "government". They must be so full of dread at the thought of doing wrong that if they have even the least inclination to it, they will simply resign or never volunteer in the first place. Chicanery has got to be terrifying to everyone. Otherwise, I recommend we all admit to what we really are and lay down for Themme and be done with it. At least we could retain a shred of respectability for honesty. Once again - this COULD be done, and without much exertion or expense. That we have not done it speaks not well of us.

I see why nobody has conversations with you. You include my comment in your post, but either don't address my point, or you misconstrue it completely. . You've done this like 4 times now. So that's enough for me. For the rest who might read this; Firestarter is a typical European socialist who assumes it's natural and correct for the State to have the authority to completely control every aspect of our lives. Then he continually blames the result of that tyranny on the subjects of it, never blaming the State. That is state idolatry... "those mean private actors have corrupted my beautiful socialist-interventionist State!"...

I see you are not a student of Ron Paul. If the government assumes the illegitimate authority to interfere with buying and selling, then those illegitimate policies will be purchased and influenced by people with the money to do so. Have you even read Bastiat, "The Law"?

Here's the protection scheme: 1 Paper ballots and no electronic voting. 2. Every ballot has a unique identifier - a serial number, if you will. 3. Every voter keeps original ballot, a carbon copy stays with polling place. 4. Original copy has voter's name printed on it.

I noticed that too, didn't mention it since it wasn't germane to the point i was making. Do please read my posts carefully; I make them as short as possible. You can see that I mentioned that the 'cases' can be frauldulent depending on the method used to tally them. The killer graph is the second one you linked. I have seen many, many stories of deaths from these gene-jabs. Assuming the genes jabbed really do ONLY code for the Sars-Cov2 spike protein, we know that it is biologically active, and nobody has done verified research to show how many cells get transformed into spike-producers, which cells where in the body, how long it takes for them to get killed and shut-down, and what the distribution of how much spike protein is produced varies by patient. To even call administering this stuff an 'experimental treatment' is bordering on a lie. If you want to experiment seriously with the spike protein as a vaccine, you synthesize the spike protein in a lab and administer it in controlled doses, like NovaVax in India is doing. Then you can get some real data on the dose-response and side-effect profile.

Idunno, the state is in control of PetroBas, and Pumping oil out of the ground shouldn't require tech or resources from the west. Western businessmen aren't in a position to plunder Brazil or Argentina, and they don't. Only our governments which block trade and sponsor revolutions in those countries do.

The graph you linked from healthfreedomireland doesn't directly support a 'jabs cause covid' narrative, rather it seems to confirm the official narrative that gene-jabs prevent the disease. Let's zoom on it a bit. in case inline image doesn't show, here's externally hosted If you look how the cases spike before the jabs are roleld out, then rapidly decline, this graph tells the story that the gene-jabations reduced the cases and solved the problem. If gene-jabations caused actual covid cases, you'd see a two week lag the other way around. But if we consider what's behind the data, there might be other explanations. How does Ireland classify a 'covid case'? Does a Drosten PCR45 test create one? Did they create a wave of 'cases' on purpose just before vaccine rollout?

They closed the thread before I was able to respond to you, so I just wanted to say, I agree with all of your concerns about Rand Paul. I still think he's better than the other options, but he isn't my ideal. I'm most likely going to vote for him, but I don't blame people who won't. And if I was still going to live in NYS in 2016 (I'm moving to Virginia for college, which as we know is a swingy state) I would be less likely to vote for him. Even still, if the LP candidate is too good to pass up (Someone more like Harry Browne than Gary Johnson... the latter of which was more of a lesser of five evils) I would consider voting for them.
