Late breaking developments: recount [Mod: Unverified info]

Most of this is unconfirmed but I'm hearing:

1. The Granny Warrior Paypal account has been frozen by Paypal for alleged "suspicious activity".

2. The NH Secretary of State is refusing to accept payment for recount.

3. Albert Howard is sitting in the Secretary of State's office trying to do something about it. A bunch of other heavy hitters in the movement are going crazy with spontaneous phone conferences trying to figure out what to do.

Please alert anyone you know who's interested in the vote-watch thing to be ready to act promptly if the call goes out.

They do not like to see a whole bunch of money coming in and going out for the security of their account holders. They are sending me all their requirements in an email, but what they did expound upon, was hat if big fundraising is going on, a form needs to be filled out FIRST, so that this will not happen. They stated as long as they know what is going ON, all is fine. In the future when fast things like this come up, these forms need to be faxed or e-mailed, and then there will be no problems. I will try to post most of the stuff if you want to see it. I will assume the Grannies are doing the best they can to assure Paypal, and these funds will be released.

ok..these are the instructions to get to a several page adobe file that has the forms in them. We should all be aware of this in the FUTURE

1. Log in to your account at https://www.paypal.com/.

2. Click the "Merchant Services" tab. (this is on the left hand side..)

3. Click the "Website Payments Standard" link.

4. Click the "Website Payments Standard Integration Guide (PDF)"
