I listen to the main country station in Cheyenne (I'm down in Fort Collins, Co btw) KOLT fm. I have only heard Ron Paul advertising on the airwaves. I hope this is a good sign. Cheyenne has 20% of the state population.
Also, Laramie has 27000 people and is home to the University of Wyoming. The college has 10k students a believe. We could get decent support here as well. The south western part of Wyoming is far to close to Utah to expect a whole lot. Up north there is Gillette and Sheridan. Together they host around 50k people. If Montana has good Ron Paul support, then there is hope here too. All opinions folks, but I think we can do all right.
