Marshall law: Coast guard says keep 65ft away from oil
"Because nobody can tell me, unless you're Jefferson Parish sheriff's office, you're the Coast Guard, or you're the military, can you tell me where to go on this public beach?"

According to a news release from the Unified Command, violation of the "safety zone" rules can result in a civil penalty of up to $40,000, and could be classified as a Class D felony. I think it's Marshall law. The Coast Guard is creating the rule of law out of thin air. Sounds like Marshall law to me. What do U guys think? YouTube - First Amendment Has been Suspended!
