Billboard designs for Operation St. Paul

This is part of the Operation St. Paul project. The idea is to pull select, short quotes from The Manifesto and put them on billboards around St. Paul during the convention. They would seem like ads for the book, but in reality we're putting these up for the national delegates to look at. We can try to get them on the sides of the buses and anything else we can think of.

Here are some examples.

There's already a thread about Manifesto quotes. Please add any there and be sure to include the page numbers, as they can appear on the billboard after the quote.

If we had 4-5 different billboards up of the same design, but with different quotes, it would be marvelous.

They look great!

I'm sure I don't have this quote exactly right, but a good one to use in St. Paul would be:

"We are blowing up bridges in Iraq. Then we build them back up. Meanwhile, our bridges are falling down at home."

He said that at least a couple times in debates. I'm sure somebody can find the actual quote.

Just cleared everything with the publisher. Also pitched the idea of them helping us fund the billboards. The rep is going to check into it and get back to me.

One thing to consider is that some of those quotes may not be effective in isolation...... they may not mean anything to the average person when removed from context.
