Electric Car Tazers
Anyone else see fast and the furious, with the cops hitting cars with spikes and shutting the computer in the imports? Yea, they exist... already inside the all electric cars, luxury cars, and some hybrids. With a flick of the button and all the new cars shuts down. Also GPS system could also transfer a command to shut it off. On Star has the capabilities. Easy tool for the government to control us.

As usual, the government solution to a problem is worse than the problem itself. Oh my bad. I thought this thread read as CIVIC liberties, as in Honda Civic.
