Real ID ban passes MN house and senate (still needs governor's signature)

The Senate passed their version (SF 0984) of this prohibition in April 2007. The bill now goes to Governor Pawlenty for his signature. It's quite uncharacteristic for Texas to not be follwoing suite with MN....

I heard on MN public radio that Governor Pawlenty (R) is expected to veto this bill.
