Thread: What Other Presidents Should Congress Impeach This Session?

What Other Presidents Should Congress Impeach This Session?

Plenty of time left. It would keep them busy not screwing us.

And no, of course they can't impeach any of their sacred cows. If you have to vote for a Roosevelt, vote for Teddy.

NOTE: They'd love to impeach JFK but they dare not, as he's one of their sacred cows. But as much as they love LBJ, they'd impeach him instead in a heartbeat. And Lyndon would understand completely. So treat them as interchangeable for the purposes of this poll.

I went with Andrew Jackson since Wilson and LBJ were not included . I think those two should be impeached every yr and no publicly funded places should be allowed to be named after them . They dont need impeached by an actual senate or anything , it could be authorized to be done by various elementary schools throughout the country.

I dunno, it seems they were throwing him out this summer at Princeton.

    OK, then, Honest Abe.

An excellent choice! Nip the GOP in the bud!

By the way, yer a liar. No @TheTexan Approved I Voted sticker for you.

Kudos to our first actual voter, Oyarde! Old Hickory will almost certainly be next! It'll help them get Rosa Parks on the twenty dollar bill.

    That's an excellent point.

I haven't made up my mind. I'm vacillating between Grover Cleveland and Grover Cleveland. If they eliminate one of his two nonconsecutive terms, then they can argue there's no presidential precedent for DJTveg(damnedautocorrect) to do nonconsecutive terms.

    Hey @acptulsa

    No Screwgling!

What Dodge does Jack Lemmon drive in "Grumpy Old Men"?

Was trying to figure that out the other day.

I think the one and two could be available too for Crazy Horse and Tecumseh if you get rid of the slavers . FRN's were so much cooler before they started using dead presidents.

There are scenes in the Grumpier Old Men race to the wedding showing the 1968 Polara Sedan interspersed with a Four Door Hardtop.

    With a black vinyl top.

No Screwgling! Though I am kinda scared they're Monacos.

They always put dead presidents on FRNs. That's how you can tell they're worthless.

Pretty Lady Liberty always stood for or on silver and gold.

    All of them.

As for Trump, this ain't saying much, but compared to the other baby bombers, he was probably the best president in my lifetime.

Kudos to everyone for not saying Calvin Coolidge! Of course the Democrats would just adore impeaching him. But History teachers over the last six decades have been working too hard making him He Who Must Not Be Named. If they gave him the publicity, people might start checking out what he said and did, and how well it worked!

That bank only made notes for five years and the total face value was less than 25K . That is shameful production today for anything saying federal .

So why haven't you voted yet? Did you not see the note in the OP? If you want LBJ, vote JFK. Lyndon's taking the bullets for him this time. He owes Kennedy that.

A hat tip to our anonymous Nixon voter! His impeachment is way overdue. And already written and ready to go! Crank up the disassembly line!

And now a McKinley voter? First they shot him, then they took away his mountain, now this? Poor guy.

@Anti Federalist I was right, except no vinyl top. What do I win? Do I get a vote? Still time to change your mind.

    Yup, you got it.

A Dodge Polara...I had never heard of it...what an ugly looking sled.

At any rate, you were right about the Nixon vote...so I voted Tricky Dick as well.

Can't. You have to die to get on money.

Lincoln was probably the worst president- ever.

And, Harding (who?) was one of the best presidents this country ever had.

Now tell us which this Congress is more likely to posthumously impeach.

I see a strong case of impeaching all of the living ones.

    Prioritize those.

Impeaching the dead ones would only serve as symbolic gestures. But even those symbolic gestures wouldn't be entirely without merit. And if nothing else they would distract Congress from more dangerous things.

LOL- Harding, of course! Lincoln is now considered a god.

My POV on JFK is that he was a playboy, who woke up to all the political horror going on, & defied TPTB
