CDC website (wish I could remember the link) states the among 12 -29 year olds the risk of Myocarditis (inflamation of heart muscle) and pericarditis (inflamation of tissue surrounding heart) is highest in this age group with rapid heart rte, difficulty breathing etc ... especially after the second dose.
