Warren is DOA. Biden is walking DOA. If Mitch McConnell plays his cards right, and I suspect he will, Biden's political career will not outlast Trump's impeachment trial. Bootyjudge is the sleeper agent. He leads in as many polls as does Sanders (maybe even more) and he doesn't have the "straight up socialist" card that is anathema to big time Dem donors.

Pete is poised to get a big boost out of Iowa. And being gay he scores high on the leftist identity politics scorecard. He'll have trouble with black voters though.

I think he would not pull as many black or hispanic voters as another Dem . You are right though he is a sleeper agent . I think the CIA got tired of playing and just got own candidate .

    Biden has already been picked.

He is just so dumb... he will be getting crushed in every single Trump/Biden debate.

I do not think Bernie will win, NH. I think Pete Buttigieg will. He is definitely a sleeper and being a homosexual will prop him up better in a state has a lot of people that support same sex unions.

It will be Alfred E. Neuman and Donald J. Trump.

Bernie will not be allowed to get the Demoncrat nomination and would lose to Trump if he did.

Most of the Democrats don't have any definitive narrative. Their schtick is orange man bad, but that won't sell tickets. Imagine a movie trailer that only lists the names of the actors, says nothing about them, and the only reference to any plot is occasionally cutting to a moustache twirling man with the narrator saying "and there's a villain!"

Trump has a grand leitmotif about organized enemies: Chinese tariffs, Mexican immigration, ISIS, the deep state. Trump has a more compelling movie.

Edit: Sanders does include the old "it's for the poor people" thing which I guess is a slightly better story than Hillary/Biden. And Yang has the whole robot apocalypse thing. Also, Gabbard avoids dropping the BOMB (Because Orange Man Bad), but "I love my country" is not a story.

    Are there other candidates?

    I do.

Or at least I think the Bernie/Buttplug ticket will give Trump a run for his money.

Freedom is not popular, and the fact that a for real, old timey, USSR loving, "government should control the means of production", communist like Sanders to be on top is a perfect indicator of that fact.

That ticket would easily win CA-WA-OR-NM-IL-NY-NJ-MD-DC-MN-ME-VT-CT-MA-HI-DE-RI

I think Bernie has a non-trivial chance of winning both the nomination and the election, say 20% and 49%, resp.

As for the general, Bernie would actually do fairly well against Trump in debates IMO; he's doesn't seem like he'd get flustered.

    1948 + 1960 + 1968 + 2000 + 2012 + 2016 if summed up properly suggests Bernie S has high odds
of getting into the fall election if he manages to pull off a top 3 or higher win in Iowa in roughly 3 weeks.
i'm pegging things at a 50/50 split for this November. Either its a Democrat or a Republican, Go figure.
