    I still think Rand Paul will outperform in Iowa. Unless the Iowa Caucus turnout is way above 121,000 voters I think the 37,000 RP supporters will carry the day. The true question is how many of the 37,000 plus Iowans will come out to caucus for Rand Paul. What shall be the Iowa Caucus turnout?
