The deconstructive element of Critical Theory is an acid bath that can be used to corrode and destroy absolutely anything.

Yet at the same time, it can set predetermined firewalls that prevent it from consuming itself.

To be replaced with the history and and culture and philosophies of a...bunch of dead white European men.

Just so. The terms for this in woke jargon are "disrupt", "dismantle" and "deconstruct" - all of which are used as synonyms of (and camouflage for) "destroy."
