Ben Shapiro the snake after watching the emotionally moving, evidence lacking Michael Jackson documentary "Leaving Neverland" decides to believe the accuser without evidence. This is unlike his behaviour during the Kavanaugh hearings. Michal Jackson was aquitted on all charges during his 2003 child molestation chargers.



Here are SOME MORE rebuttals.

1)Robson said he was forced to testify in 2005. “He didn’t want MJ’s children to be fatherless”. Although he then said, he didn’t realise he was being abused till 2013. Meaning he knew about his abuse in 2005 yet he realised it in 2013?

2)Safechuck said “I’ve spent thanksgiving in 1987 with him at his home”. Thanksgiving was November 24, 1987. MJ was actually in Australia for his Bad Tour. (Fact check the bad tour and thanksgiving date). All available with few clicks.

3)Safechuck said MJ contacted him end of his 2005 trial (July) asking him to testify. But the court transcript says that Judge Melville ruled out Safechuck as a witness on March 28th 2005, before the trial commenced.

4)Safechucks mother says in 2009, she danced when MJ died, because she knew he’d never hurt another child. But her son said on the documentary and other shows, that he realised he was abused in 2013.

5) Safechuck claimed MJ took him a honeymoon to Euro Disney 1988. But Euro Disney was not even opened till 1992.

6) Safechuck in his lawsuit claimed he was abused by MJ in New York, in 1989 after he performed at the Grammys. But Grammy’s were in Los Angeles that year, and MJ didn’t perform at the Grammys in 1989. Again, easy check!

That said, although there is plenty of evidence that Jackson was a weirdo, I have seen no concrete evidence that he was a pedo. All the people accusing him of molestation were after money, not justice. The accusers tended to be less trustworthy than Jackson imho.

That said, although there is plenty of evidence that Jackson was a weirdo, I have seen no concrete evidence that he was a pedo. All the people accusing him of molestation were after money, not justice. The accusers tended to be less trustworthy than Jackson imho.

I think there were very powerful people out to get him and if there was any evidence out there that he had molested kids or was into child porn, they would have got him. The guy was being wire tapped, his house was thoroughly searched and yet they found nothing. The sad part is that people like Ben Shapiro who have been screaming for a while now that "facts doesn't care about your feelings" now seem to want to believe he is guilty based on their feelings.

I think there is a possibility he is guilty, but there is no evidence that he did anything available and until I see such evidence, I will continue to believe that he is innocent.
