Anyone else scared of this healthcare bill?

I mean gold breaking 1100 in what seemed like just a few weeks.. this awful healthcare bill to spend over a trillion dollars over the next 10 years, the stimulus running out, unemployment at 10.2% but real unemployment over 20%, and then to top it all off and really fuck us is the cap and trade bill. If that passes we are all really fucked, not that we aren't already if this healthcare bill passes tomorrow.

So who here is scared to death? I know I am! I got very lucky.. Laid off and found a new job in 3 weeks. I'm going to a job in healthcare. So hopefully I'll have a job for awhile. Save real money, buy a gun, horde food.. it's going to get bumpy in a couple years.

Tabula Rasa

A clean slate and a chance to start over and rebuild from teh beginning, ground up. Has to hit rock bottom before we can do that, and that means that there ends up being absolutely NO government at all because not even the politicians get paid. Lets not it get that far, and stand idly by and watch them do it to themselves.

So do you think they would say that the constitution didn't work (just like they are saying capitalism didn't work) and try something new aka a dictatorship?

Disappointed , yes.

But it will be passed, as will a One World Government. One world money. and eventually a one world leader.

No, because it will a) prove once and for all that America no longer has a representative government, and b) provide one solid issue for a LOT of people to get behind. While the issue of the Federal Reserve is there, there's still too many people that don't understand it and so don't feel affected by it. Universal mandated tax is something that literally effects EVERYONE.

I personally think that we're going to see tax revolts and mass non-compliance with the Federal government before much longer.

I think several states are going to secede if this monstrosity passes...

Look at the bright side - if it passes the house, a bunch of Reps are getting pink slips and it will be easier to kill in the Senate.

Well, we know the only thing that most politicians are good at is lying, so of course theyd say the Constitution didnt work, even if it did! Hell if you gave them the chance, they'd tell you water was the dryest stubstance, the earth is flat, etc.
