Sure it is. In the very least, the Senate will write another version that adds about $50 billion in earmarks and sends it back to the House.

We are so screwed.

Two Republicans didn’t vote:

Jeff Flake (AZ), who has a family conflict. His daughter was in some sort of a merit scholarship pageant thing. Sounded like a beauty contest where you get extra credit for good grades.

John Sullivan (OK) is in rehab.

In a related story, the Dems pulled a Kennedy (Patrick, IIRC?) out of rehab to vote.

C,

Acting like a Chameleon again? I see you kept the nice part. Joking.

Here is an interesting take on the Senate chances.

http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/20...-in-the-Senate

It also appears from another article I read that the Senate will take it up later this summer. If correct that should give all time to really put the heat on Senator's to deep six this mess.
I am not waiting and calling both my Senator's office's on Monday.

Based on this article Nevada needs to give Reid an earful. He might keep it from ever hitting the Senate.

Link for this. I couldn't find anything stating that the carbon offset market would be 3x larger the current energy futures. Anyone got info on this?

Sleezy hacks like Glenn would probably go with whichever position earns them a bigger paycheck from their neocon masters. He is just a well paid neocon pimp.

Another investment:
Ticker- JASO Ja Solar Holdings
A Chinese solar power company that's partnered up with BP and GS. Seems like a steal at $4.85 right now.

Bump for the vid and hits... and yeah, that hypocrite Gore, is no different than the rest of these "Legal To Steal" dirty filthy Con-Artists on Capital Hill.

I presume Al Gore is Still Pissed that TS Dee Snider called his wife Tipper a d"Dirty Sadomasochist Sex Freak" at the Music censorship hearings.

Here is a quick blurb of Al Gore's visit to Philly.
If you need a chuckle the comment section was absolutely ripping him apart.
