At first I was mystified but when I watched it again, I bust out laughing. She's a parody of Greta Thunberg, acting terrified and desperate - the sweatshirt, 2 barrettes instead of braids, mentions a swedish scientist. They all probably think she's mentally ill, but they're afraid to say anything and let her go on and on. No one tells her she's wrong. No one wants to acknowledge that she's probably mentally ill - just like they did with Greta Thunberg. They don't know how to respond. I like the part about "Even if we bomb Russia!"
