    Owning hard assets is a good idea if you like expensive paper weights

    It's probably time for OP to change his channel and handle name. How about Smaulcrypto? Smaulfiat? For someone that claims to be a metals enthusiast and commentator you sure don't seem to like them very much.

    Yes , I think it is a good idea . If it is something else , what do you really own ? Have you ever been to a country that has gone belly up ?

    There are places within the US that are little better than third world being propped up by massive debt that cannot be repaid . California ( LA county etc ), Illinois ( chicago etc ) , then just tax heaven $#@!holes like Philly etc , but the rest is lagging behind . It will get there though eventually in the next financial crises of over valued houses , worthless currency etc
