I haven't heard any of them talking about buying insurance across state lines, lately. Did that go bye bye?

They're claiming that particular change can't be implemented under the special reconciliation procedure being used (which provides for a straight-up majority to pass, bypassing any potential filibuster); and that allowing insurance to be sold across state lines will be implemented in follow-on "phase II / III" legislation. For anyone who believes that will happen, I have a bridge for sale.
