Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

The city of Liege (Belgium), has been a $#@!hole for as long as I am alive. We drive through this place on our way to the Ardennes or France. It is however, one of the least inspiring cities you can ever find. Although, based on a google image search, you wouldn't think that. Driving through the city however, makes you want to leave as soon as possible.

North Texas was rather $#@!ty when I visited there. South Phoenix and thereabouts are dumpy too. IDK if it's still $#@!ty, but some neighborhoods outside Cincinnati, OH in the rural-ish area were poor and rather $#@!ty back in the 90s. Probably still are.

There was one time that I ended up having to spend over 39 years in this $#@!hole called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

The country was great, the ideas were great, the people were great, but the politicians and bankers ruined EVERYTHING and started changing the entire country, slowly but surely, from #1 to a Third World Nation, with Nuclear Weapons.

The FAILURE of the United States Government to operate and maintain an
Honest Money System , which frees the ordinary man from the clutches of the money manipulators, is the single largest contributing factor to the World's current Economic Crisis.

It's all about taking action and not being lazy. So you do the work, whether it's fitness or whatever. It's about getting up, motivating yourself and just doing it.

I've been overseas and have to agree with Specs, Tijuana is the worst place I've been. At least in the late 80s / early 90s when I was in stationed in SoCal in the Marines. There are nice places in Mexico, but TJ seems to take and mix the worst of both US and Mexican cultures.

At least it is easy to find:

Then go south 'till you step in it.

    Then you're in Texxxxxxxxxxas.
