Poland's ruling Law and Justice party (PiS) came out narrowly ahead in Sunday's European Parliament vote, seen as test of the party's nationalist, eurosceptic platform before a national election later in the year.An exit poll by pollster IPSOS showed PiS winning 42.4% of votes, up from 31.8% in the EU ballot five years ago and 37.6% during Poland's 2015 parliamentary election.
The opposition European Coalition, comprising the Civic Platform formerly led by European Council President Donald Tusk and a group of leftist and rural politicians, scored second with 39.1%.
If confirmed by official results, the strong showing by PiS will bolster a growing chorus of populists in Europe that share the broad goal of returning power to EU member states.
Voter turnout stood at 43%, a record high for a European election in Poland, following an acrimonious campaign dominated by issues such as gay rights, the legacy of the Holocaust in Poland, and the role of the Catholic Church in public life.

The far-right Flemish nationalist Vlaams Belang made strong gains Sunday in national, regional and European elections, partial results showed.Voting in the triple election was also marked by a protest outside Brussels Gare du Nord station at which police said 200 "yellow vest" anti-establishment protesters were arrested.
The vote will set the stage for negotiations to form a government, five month after the ruling coalition collapsed and left Prime Minister Charles Michel in charge of caretaker administration with no majority.
But, with 15 percent of the votes counted in all three elections in the Dutch-speaking Flanders region, the Vlaams Belang was on course for 18 percent, around three times their score in the last elections in 2014.
The Vlaams Belang's advance came partly at the expense of the conservative nationalist N-VA, but Flanders will remain led by the right while French-speaking socialists have the lead in Brussels and Wallonia.
This will complicate any effort to agree a coalition in the 150-member federal all Belgium parliament that represents parties from both communities, underlining the rift in Belgium politics.

A European election drubbing has served as a harsh wake-up call for Germany's leaders that young voters fear climate change and are furious about the government's glacial response to it.
A surge of support, helped by the Fridays for Future protest movement, propelled Germany's Greens to second place in Sunday's European Parliament elections, at the expense of the mainstream parties.
This, is why I think a Sanders/AOC ticket could be the knockout punch to Trump. This, is whats coming to America.

LOL... A Sanders/AOC ticket will get no where. Biden has a 30 point lead over Bernie anyway.
Right Wing wins in Austria to.
That shows how idiotic the Euporean youth are. Just how do they want to save the climate change nonsense? are they in favor of carbon taxes?A European election drubbing has served as a harsh wake-up call for Germany's leaders that young voters fear climate change and are furious about the government's glacial response to it.

...
Some day you will learn, but I suspect you already know...
YOU CAN'T HAVE OPEN BORDERS WITH A WELFARE STATE
It's only going to lead the country more left, as more leftist immigrants are attracted to come in and take advantage of the benefits which grows the welfare state AND the leftist voting bloc. Which is either your goal, or you are completely illogical.
Ron Paul, in his most open border statement in his life, admits that Americans in 1988 had a justifiable concern against immigration because of the welfare state we had in the US back then:
That means we are even more justified in our concern now, according to him.
Now apply that logic to some of these European countries.. What do you get??
