No, I believe Toady met his demise with the end of Rand's candidacy.
I evidence thereof, I offer this picture of Rand performing a postmortem.

Reports: Trump Left Off Some Florida Ballots; “Dozens of Complaints”

Leading Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s name was left off Florida primary ballots according to reports relayed by Fox News’ Jennifer Eckhart on Twitter who said the local Fox affiliate has received “dozens of complaints.”

Eckhart wrote the irregularities are in “Jupiter County” which does not exist. She probably meant the town of Jupiter or Palm Beach County where Jupiter is located. Palm Beach County is where Trump’s Florida base Mar-a-Lago is located.

Marco Rubio vows: I'm going to Utah 'irrespective' of Florida results

Miami (CNN)Marco Rubio pledged to go on to Utah "irrespective" of Tuesday night's results in the Florida Republican presidential primary,
where recent polls show Donald Trump with a double-digit lead over the home state senator.

"Tomorrow our plan is to be in Utah campaigning irrespective of tonight. It would be a lot better to go to Utah being the winner of the Florida primary.
It will give us a tremendous amount of momentum, it will give us 99 delegates, and that's the way we want to do it tonight.

    If the results are complete,
Trump needs 54.3% of the outstanding delegates still to be determined in primaries for a first ballot nomination.

Trump has half the delegates he needs (621/1237), and there are less than half still available (1134) to be decided . . .

New York is NOT winner take all (95 delegates), and Oregon, Washington, Rhode Island, West Virginia, New Mexico are proportional as well.
Pennsylvania (only 14 bound) and Colorado make-up together nearly 90 totally unbound

    Last 294 delegates decided on June 7 . . .

Why a Contested GOP Convention Just Got More Likely
Ohio Governor John Kasich’s victory in the Buckeye State and Texas Senator Ted Cruz’s string of second-place finishes all but guarantee that both will stay in the race for the foreseeable future, racking up delegates at Trump’s expense.
