There are a lot of "Organized" efforts..

Some spontaneous efforts.. and Do Not Comply has been a local refrain for a year now.. I'm Glad it is catching on.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

    The Great Southwest Airlines Rebellion?

    The Great Southwest Airlines Rebellion?

The incredible cruelty and folly of forced vaccines finally came home to roost. The vaccine mandate backlash has been bubbling just under the surface, but now it has spilled out into the open, threatening to completely derail an already crumbling economy and to obliterate a deeply unpopular US President and Administration.

Seemingly out of nowhere what appears to be a Southwest Airlines rebellion has taken flight this weekend. According to media reports, scores of pilots and other Southwest employees have coordinated the taking of “sick days” to use them up in advance of a Southwest Airlines mandate to get the jab or lose the job. Over Saturday and Sunday more than 2,000 flights have been cancelled, with airports experiencing full-on mayhem.

The Southwest Airlines Pilots Association is suing the airline over the imposed vaccine mandate, bolstering the claim that there is a “sick out” underway among angry Southwest pilots.

The mainstream media is doing its best to keep a lid on the expanding rebellion against the vaccine mandates, and Southwest Airlines itself is blaming the cancellations on bad weather and a lack of air traffic controllers. However, the weather problems that Southwest claims to be experiencing seem unique to that carrier: no other airline (thus far) is reporting such weather-related cancellations. And FAA spokesperson Steve Kulm told USA Today that “No FAA air traffic staffing shortages have been reported since Friday.”

Will other pilots, such as at American Airlines, follow suit? Rumors are circling that this is only the beginning.

Over the past few weeks, thousands of nurses, medical workers, and first responders have either quit or been fired for refusing to receive a medical treatment they do not want or need. The “nursing shortage” that Democrat politicians and the mainstream media had been blaming on “rising Covid cases” has been in reality a man-made disaster of historic proportions. The nursing crisis is not caused by “Covid” — cases have been in decline in the US for weeks. It is caused by the firing of medical personnel who refuse to take the experimental Covid shots.

The stupidity of adopting a policy of firing healthcare workers while at the same time claiming that there is a raging pandemic gripping the country has not been lost on Americans. President Biden’s polling numbers have unsurprisingly been in freefall, with major Democrat candidates like Virginia’s Terry McAuliffe openly complaining that the deeply unpopular Biden is threatening him in a tight race for governor.

While Biden Administration lackeys like Fauci are telling Americans they can’t celebrate Christmas again this year, more and more of America is finished with this “public health” terrorism. Here in Texas, a hundred thousand unmasked Texas A&M fans poured onto the football field on Saturday after a last minute surprise victory over Alabama. In Texas and elsewhere, the Administration is losing the fear factor.

History may record this weekend as the turning point against the Biden Administration’s Covid tyranny. From nurses to pilots to truckers to even Amtrak workers, it appears that America is standing up and saying “enough!” Every one of our fellow citizens standing up on principle to oppose tyranny — facing the loss of their jobs and security — is owed a debt of gratitude by all who love liberty. Let’s hope that the peaceful rebellion continues to grow!

Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg was absent Monday as a surge of flight delays snarled travel in the South over the Columbus Day weekend.

Southwest Airlines canceled more than 2,300 flights over the three-day federal holiday weekend, citing limited staffing and bad weather.

The Department of Transportation did not reply to a request for comment from Breitbart News on Monday about Buttigieg’s response to the crisis or about where he spent the weekend.

But Buttigieg’s Twitter account shared a message promoting Indigenous Peoples’ Day, a leftist alternative proposal to the celebration of Columbus Day.

This Indigenous Peoples' Day, @USDOT honors the history, culture, and achievements of Native Americans and recognizes our role in ensuring Indigenous people have ready access to safe, reliable transportation services.

    — Secretary Pete Buttigieg (@SecretaryPete) October 11, 2021

The Federal Aviation Administration said in a statement that the delays on Friday were a result of severe weather, military training and limited staffing in a Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center but did not share any details about the interrupted flights over the rest of the weekend.

Some airlines continue to experience scheduling challenges due to aircraft and crews being out of place. (2/2)

The delays occurred two days after the Southwest Airlines pilots’ union asked a federal judge to block the company’s vaccine mandate, prompting speculation about a possible “sick out” protest of employees reacting to the draconian measure.

A Southwest Airlines spokeswoman denied any evidence of a coordinated staff protest.

“It’s inaccurate,” a spokeswoman told CNBC. “There’s a lot of unfounded rumor and speculation circulating.”

Buttigieg remained silent through Monday, despite the crisis.

The Secretary of Transportation was last seen on Friday in an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe.

Buttigieg spoke about the ongoing struggles to deal with the clogged ship ports as well as being a new parent of twins.

“Don’t get me wrong, it’s incredibly… it’s the most demanding thing I think I’ve ever done,” he said about becoming a parent

Somebody ought to fill in the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association then:

When asked by CBS News if there was any chance the disruption could have been caused by pilots calling out sick over the company's vaccine mandate, Capt. Casey Murray, president of the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association, said that was not the case and that the airline's pilot sick rate for this weekend was "right in line with what was occurring this summer."

"So outside of air traffic control and weather, you point the blame squarely where?" CBS News correspondent Errol Barnett asked.

"Squarely on Southwest, I point to how they manage the network and how their I.T. also supports that network. Once a little hiccup occurs due to the internal processes, our pilots aren't getting to where they need to be. We've been sounding this alarm for about four years and have seen very little approach to correcting it," Murray said.
American, United, Alaska, and Jet Blue all have vaccination mandates. Delta is requiring vaccinations or periodic testing. Are any of them suffering the same flight cancellations as Southwest?

Southwest runs extraordinarily thin on extra crewmembers.

Between buyouts/retirements of senior captains and things like the "seasonal flu", a disaster has been in the works for years.

In a few more days, once everybody has been given legal rest, along with a healthy dose of incentives and threats, this "insurrection" will be over.

SW may have to pare down the schedule, for a few months, but the unclean will be purged and they will resume being 'murika's favorite airline.

Southwest Airlines CEO Says No Employees Will Be Fired Over Vaccine Mandate

    https://amgreatness.com/2021/10/12/s...ccine-mandate/

    By Debra Heine
    October 12, 2021

During an interview with ABC News Tuesday, Gary Kelly, the CEO of Southwest Airlines, stated that no employees will be fired over the company’s vaccine mandate. However, the airline announced on October 4 that all 56,000 U.S. Southwest employees needed to get vaccinated against COVID-19 by November 24, or face termination.

The CEO also told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that there was “no evidence” that any type of demonstration against the mandate had contributed to the massive service disruptions over the holiday weekend. Over 2,000 Southwest flights were cancelled, leaving tens of thousands of passengers stranded.

“There’s just no evidence of that,” Kelly said. “Our people are working very hard, they’re doing a great job, I’m very proud of them.”

He did acknowledge that the vaccine mandate is “very controversial,” and not something he wanted for his company.

“This is a government mandate, it’s a presidential order, and we’re doing our best to comply with that according to the deadlines that have been set,” Kelly said.

The CEO told employees last week that the airline had no choice but to comply with the regime’s vaccine mandate.

“Southwest Airlines is a federal contractor and we have no viable choice but to comply with the U.S. government mandate for employees to be vaccinated, and — like other airlines — we’re taking steps to comply,” Kelly said.

An executive order was issued last month requiring all federal employees to get vaccinated, but no executive order, or federal regulation has yet been issued for private companies. Joe Biden on September 9 unveiled his draconian plan to force all private businesses with more than 100 employees to make their workers get inoculated with the experimental COVID vaccines, or face weekly testing. A month later, no official guidance on the alleged mandate has been issued by the White House, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), or the Department of Labor.

During his interview on ABC Tuesday, Kelly stated that Southwest would not be terminating any employees who refuse the injections.

“We’re not going to fire any employees over this. We’re urging all of our employees to get vaccinated. If they can’t get vaccinated, we’re urging them to seek an accommodation, so we’ll do everything we can to support our people here,” he said.

A company-wide guidance, obtained by American Greatness, specifically stated that failure to comply with the new vaccine policy would result in termination.

The guidance below went out to all Southwest employees on October 4:

Kelly reportedly told employees last week that the provisions for medical and religious exemptions are “are very limited.”

The CEO told Stephanopoulos that absenteeism at Southwest has been high lately because of COVID and quarantines.

“It’s just a more difficult working environment out there, and we’re doing everything we can to serve our customers well, and also take very good care of our employees,” he said.

A Southwest Airlines official admitted on Monday that staffing shortages played a role in the service disruptions over the weekend.

The carrier initially blamed air traffic control issues and weather for thousands of flight cancelations.

“On Friday evening, the airline ended the day with numerous cancellations, primarily created by weather and other external constraints, which left aircraft and crews out of pre-planned positions to operate our schedule on Saturday,” Southwest said in a statement.

“Unfortunately, the out-of-place aircraft and continued strain on our crew resources created additional cancelations across our point-to-point network that cascaded throughout the weekend and into Monday.”

Southwest Chief Operating Officer Mike Van de Ven reportedly acknowledged in a memo to employees on Monday that the company “is still not where we need to be on staffing, and in particular with flight crews.”

A Southwest pilot told American Greatness that the staff shortages were an “organic and decentralized” reaction to the carrier’s vaccine mandate.

The tyrannical mandate, he explained, erased all of the good will pilots and other conservative employees had felt toward their company, resulting in many of them calling in sick, and not signing up for overtime to help the airline fulfill the increase in flights typically seen during a holiday weekend.

Van de Ven told staff that the carrier is “continuing to evaluate our fourth quarter flight schedules, and we’re taking a serious look at flight levels to ensure that our flying aligns with the staffing needed to operate within this more complicated COVID environment.”

Southwest declined to comment further, but TWU Local 556, which represents the carrier’s flight attendants, late Friday told members that the airline has reversed course on plans to add an additional 720 crew assignments to their schedules for September.

Southwest pilots’ union on Thursday said it was considering pickets at U.S. airports over Thanksgiving and Christmas to protest tightly packed schedules, a lack of hotels and food options, and other issues. Flight attendants this week raised similar issues.

“We will not be following our traditional staffing models as we reevaluate where we are in October, November, and December,” Van de Ven wrote. “You come first.″

American Greatness asked the anonymous Southwest insider if any more staffing disruptions could be expected in the coming days and weeks.

“Man, that’s the million dollar question,” the pilot replied. “The last weekend was so organic and decentralized.”

He added: “I would say as the Nov 24 deadline approaches the likelihood of people choosing to take care of their families when being faced with job termination increases.”

Looks that way. November 24th is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. That's by far the busiest day in the country for air travel. There's no airline executive that stupid to threaten to fire a large group of their employees exactly by this day. It comes from the top.

Southwest Drops Plan to Get Rid of Unvaccinated Staff by December Deadline

    https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2...mber-deadline/

Southwest Airlines dropped a plan to put unvaccinated workers with pending exemptions on unpaid leave after a December 8 deadline following protests by their employees.

“The employee will continue to work, while following all COVID mask and distancing guidelines applicable to their position, until the accommodation has been processed,” according to an internal note obtained by CNBC written by Southwest’s Senior Vice President of Operations and Hospitality Steve Goldberg and Vice President and Chief People Officer Julie Weber.

Last week, Southwest Airlines canceled hundreds of flights in what reportedly was an employee “sick out,” although the company blamed the weather for the cancelations. Following that, Southwest Airlines employees were captured on video protesting the vaccination requirement outside of the airlines’ Texas headquarters.
“It is not true that all creeds and cultures are equally assimilable in a First World nation born of England, Christianity, and Western civilization. Race, faith, ethnicity and history leave genetic fingerprints no ‘proposition nation’ can erase." -- Pat Buchanan
