I think the goal here is to punish Watt for his treachery. While focusing on running a campaign directly against him will certainly cause political pain, the outcome is not assured and then what?
Perhaps a three pronged approach: 1 - Gunny's idea of helping State Races to get a chance to reverse Dem gerrymandering. 2- Torches idea of giving some support to Watts GOP challenger. 3- A relentless grassroots exposure campaign in Watts district.
