And this, above all, means that it assumes responsibility for the actions of the Ukrainian forces, trained by Canadian instructors and equipped with Canadian weapons,”
By arming one side, Canada could tip the relative balance of power, fueling the stalled hostilities and shattering the hopes of peace.
“To call a spade a spade, Canada has directly opposed the Minsk Accords,” Klintsevich said.
