No where is it mentioned in IG Horowitz report on Comey that he worked together with Comey in the US Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York. Horowitz and Comey are friends. This should be a disclosure in all investigative reports Horowitz delivers involving Comey

Horowitz never determined in his report if David Kelley had federal security clearance to receive the classified memos from Comey. If he did not, the transmittal was illegal. Transmitting classified information to an unauthorized person is a felony. The IG report is incomplete

I've heard there is another report by the IG coming on russiagate and the approval of the FISA warrant. And that Barr declined to charge Comey here because it is a process crime and hard to convict, but lying to a court about a FISA warrant is another matter.

Of course it's hard to believe anybody will get in trouble.

And if the memos are lies he can actually use that as a defense and the prosecutors would have to put Trump on the stand to testify whether they were true or not.

They are probably lies.
