I had sciatica about 10 years ago, both sides, I don't think it was at the same time, but its rare
I believe to have both sides period.
I would be out on a walk and the leg would just give out for a second with no warning.
I don't remember what or how I got cured, I think it went away .
A found a pair of goofy chiropractors on youtube by the way, they have some tips on
identifying and 'fixing' sciatica which is similar to other nerve issues.
Glad you got some relief.
A lot of this type of ailment is caused by imbalance, like my bursitis (self diagnosed)
bursitis is and impingement or 'pinching' , the 'whatever' they call the parts are not
centered and it shoves the nerves into a tight spot which causes the pain and immobility.
I found some exercises to get it re aligned and it has helped best I can tell.
But then bursitis was the least of my phy troubles spilling over from last year, and I'm grateful to be
in pretty good shape today, considering. lol
