Does anyone remember when Obama recommended people vote for a certain foreign candidate?

I vaguely remember Obama meddling in a foreign election back in 2016. I think it might have been an Israel election but I am not sure. I can't find any video but I remember him having a very public commercial where he urged people to vote a certain way in their election.

Can anyone help?

It seems like it was this. I remember Obama filmed a commercial where he specifically urged people to vote against the reelection of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. I think that was it anyways...
