The Harris administration is going after Florida because that state’s excellent Governor DeSantis refuses to be bullied by the DemoCommunists and gaslighted by their mythological data. These Commies are furious that Floridians are happily living their lives while the state is doing better than most without the oppression of lockdowns and shutdowns.

This criminal administration claims that they magically “discovered previously hidden weekly COVID-19 state profile reports…” Previously hidden. How convenient.

This band of legalized gangsters is attempting to create a new narrative around Florida by claiming that they have more deaths than they are admitting. So essentially, they are calling DeSantis a liar. They want to use their own pack of lies to inflict more pain upon Florida by shutting down travel to the state, thereby destroying its economy during the state’s busiest tourism season.

How much of this ruthless lying and tyranny are y’all willing to put up with?

I've been down here in FL for the last 2 months. Life is normal, you don't have to wear the mask in stores and don't get a guilt trip from the virtue signalers for it nobody cares.. Was at the beach yesterday. 82 and sunny just a normal day hundreds of people and not a mask in sight. Parking lot at the beach was filled with northern license plates. Desantis seems good. I think I'm staying here.

This process would set the stage to help end the enforcement of some federal laws and acts in North Dakota.

A coalition of seven Republicans introduced House Bill 1282 (HB1282) on Jan. 11. The legislation would create a process to “nullify” federal laws, rules, or regulations deemed unconstitutional by the state legislature. The bill very specifically defines nullification.

“For purposes of this section, ‘nullify’ means to restrict a state agency or political subdivision of the state or an individual employed by a state agency or political subdivision of the state from enforcing a federal law, regulation, or executive order.”
