This is a US Military instructional "propaganda-ish" film from 1947, it's purpose was to teach Americans to recognize the rise of fascism in the United States. It's called "Don't Be A Sucker."

That first innocent group attacked is the canary in the coal mine. The problem is the state creates propaganda to make them seem guilty of something. They make a false flag against a group.
Remember the attack on people with Ron Paul bumper stickers during the past 2 election cycles, pure lying propaganda.

An additional irony is at the time this was produced, the US government had already recruited countless Nazis for its own purposes, which in no small part contributed to the Fascism of the present day.
Hell, this very video could have been produced by a poached Nazi propagandist.
