Planned Parenthood Suffers Major Loss in Appellate Court

The homicidal maniacs at Planned Parenthood took a huge loss in a case involving the Texas Health and Human Services Commission’s decision to terminate the death centers from the list of the state’s eligible Medicaid providers.
In 2015, undercover video was released showing that Planned Parenthood “doctors” in the state were profiting off of the sale of fetal tissue, which is highly illegal. For this reason, the state decided to nix Planned Parenthood from its Medicaid plans, and a lawsuit ensued.
The pro-choice crowd, backed by their friends in the mainstream press, claimed that the videos were “altered” or “doctored” in order to shift responsibility away from the merchants of death and onto those who filmed the illegal activity.
Thursday, Planned Parenthood lost on both claims – that the organization should not be removed from Texas’ Medicaid program, and that the videos were doctored – in a ruling by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The ruling affirms the fact that it is within the rights of the state of Texas to drop Planned Parenthood from Medicaid. It also concluded that Planned Parenthood lied when it said that the videos were deceptively edited.

“[A] report from a forensic firm conclud[ed] that the video was authentic and not deceptively edited,” the ruling said.
Not only is the ruling a win for state’s rights, but also conclusively proves that Planned Parenthood officials broke the law in selling fetal tissue from abortions, which the organization has often denied.

    Exclamation Homicidal maniac federal government

Congress passed the omnibus bill, and President Trump signed on to funding Planned Parenthood, and the use of baby parts by government research ghouls, whom he also funded.

Trump admin will continue almost $100 million of experiments on aborted babies, funded by taxpayers

“Canceling a single contract and conducting a review is a small step forward, but overall is completely inadequate,” said Susan B. Anthony List president Marjorie Dannenfelser, noting that almost $100 million continues to fund other research using tissue and organs from aborted babies. She added that Congress is slated to increase funding for the National Institutes of Health (NIH) without restrictions on these kind of experiments.

“Pro-life Americans are horrified and outraged by revelations that the pro-life Trump Administration contracted with a notorious baby parts trafficker to purchase ‘fresh’ aborted baby body parts for research, at taxpayer expense,” Dannenfelser said. “Unfortunately, HHS’s response does very little to alleviate the outrage. Secretary Azar must show decisive leadership and fix this problem immediately.”

Last week, Center for Medical Progress (CMP) founder David Daleiden said it was “unconscionable that the United States government would be sending the message with taxpayer dollars that these children are worth more to the U.S. government dead than alive,” in a speech to the Values Voter Summit in Washington, D.C.

Trump has done more for the pro-life movement than any other president since Roe v. Wade, he isn't perfect but just like the illegal invasion problem you are somehow completely absent from threads when he does something good or when we get posters pushing open borders or abortion, you only show up to complain that Trump isn't perfect.

It's almost like you don't really care about illegal immigration or abortion, you just care about attacking Trump even though he has done more on both issues than any other president we have had in a very long time.

Like funding planned parenthood and paying research ghouls to chop up dead babies for experiments, instead of vetoing the bill until that was removed? And how about that DACA amnesty "Bill of Love" that he demands that congress pass? Trump is the president now, and his vetoes could be very effective. Like dubya in his first term, Trump has not vetoed anything, has he? Not rocking the boat, that's for sure.

As the top dog, Trump has the most power and will get the most blame when bad stuff happens. That's only fair.

I'm getting the impression that you don't care about murdering babies or the illegal alien invasion as long as Trump (GOP religion) is running the show.

I vehemently oppose illegal immigration and abortion no matter who is involved, my record on both is clear.
I also manage to praise good actions on either no matter who is involved.

You only show up to attack Trump when he is wrong, you never attack anyone else in politics about either one and you never argue with the posters here who defend either one.

Prove me wrong, show just one post where you admit one good thing Trump has done about either or one post in the last year where you attacked anyone else or opposed anyone on this forum.

It's bad when you never attack anyone else who is wrong and when you never acknowledge any of the good things he does.
