Thread: What Other Presidents Should Congress Impeach This Session?

  1. #31
+rep to everyone who voted for impeaching any ex-presidents at all.

It's encouraging to see this idea picking up steam here again.

    Prioritize those.

Impeaching the dead ones would only serve as symbolic gestures. But even those symbolic gestures wouldn't be entirely without merit. And if nothing else they would distract Congress from more dangerous things.

    Picking up steam?

I never noticed anyone but you doing anything more than what I'm doing--lampooning the very goofy assed idea.

I think the excitement is pretty much limited to here and the house dems . Nearly all house dems are worse than everyone on the OP list so ......

I tried to think of one current house Dem not worse than King George and Who is buried in Grants tomb and came up empty . They are all at least as bad as Lincoln or worse .

All the more reason to keep pushing it. Move the Overton Window so that normal people stop thinking it's such a crazy idea.

There was a push on the right to impeach Clinton for his Marc Rich pardon after he left office, but we all moved on from that and lost the momentum we had.

Lincoln was the first Republican President, so maybe.

Who was the one that voted Grover Cleveland?
"Perhaps one of the most important accomplishments of my administration is minding my own business."

I haven't made up my mind. I'm vacillating between Grover Cleveland and Grover Cleveland. If they eliminate one of his two nonconsecutive terms, then they can argue there's no presidential precedent for DJTveg(damnedautocorrect) to do nonconsecutive terms.

But do you like the poll?
