    Now it makes sense.

The Bowling Green prosecutor (Chris Cohron) that could have brought greater charges against Rene Boucher appears to be a leftist. Did this influence the lack of prosecution?

He has a Twitter feed where he mainly Tweets about football, but when it is politics, it is about ways to increase taxes, and occasional jabs at Donald Trump.

I wondered how he would manage the pain. Shallow breathing is a common side effect of painkillers (codeine is used in that really strong cough syrup) I imagine using them would only make his already-shallow breathing even worse and increase the likelihood of pneumonia. But ibuprofen for such severe pain? Ouch! I doubt that it helps much.

When I had two screws put in my knee, all I could take was Ibuprofen and Tylenol. Any type of narcotic makes me violently sick and nauseous. That was a $#@!ty recovery, let me tell you.

Can't the county or state bring higher charges?

When are there going to be Federal charges?

This is the prosecutor (Chris Cohron) that refused to charge Boucher with anything more than a slap on the wrist.

FRANKFORT, Ky. — State prosecutors from around Kentucky warned lawmakers Friday that budget cuts of 17 percent sought by Gov. Matt Bevin could shut down the state's criminal justice system.

"The criminal justice system will come to a halt," said Warren Commonwealth's Attorney Chris Cohron, speaking before the joint House-Senate Judiciary Committee.

"We're looking at a huge impact," Cohron said. "I don't think any prosecutor in good conscience would be able to implement these cuts and protect their community appropriately."

Federal charges? Don't hold your breath if the local authorities won't cooperate.

    That hasn't stopped them before.

This seems to be a giant loophole in the system, the victim needs to be able to press charges if the prosecutor won't.

If this keeps up the moral case for vigilante action will begin to gain considerable weight, then you get civil war.

Rand will be able to sue him in civil court. Criminal Courts do the bidding of themselves and the establishment.

Rand needs to ask for so much money that this guy is enslaved to him for life, that might at least approximate the criminal punishment he deserves.

As far as the State AG goes, once again, another Democrat. Seems that the Kentucky Judicial system is loaded with Democrats:

Andrew Graham Beshear (born November 29, 1977) is an American lawyer and politician serving as the 50th and current Attorney General of Kentucky. He is a member of the Democratic Party.

If they are going to extend leftist privilege this far to mere pawns we can't be more than a few years from civil war, if this keeps up Rand and the rest of our people will be beaten to death on the floor of the Senate and House and the perpetraitors (pun intended) will be given medals.

Where is Sessions in all this? if nobody else will file serious charges he aught to.

As I suggested early on, there is a good chance that Randal isn't pushing for harsher charges and he already has a lawyer for civil litigation. I'm not sure Randal supports politicians being put in a special class and might not want there to be federal charges because of it.

As jaded as I am, I have no doubt that if he was pushing for harsher charges, they would be applied.

NOT A CHANCE, I would guess the only reason he hasn't said anything publicly is that it would do no good and the media would cast him as a whiny, vengeful, hateful white man.

I don't buy that one bit. Maybe nationally, but locally he is well liked by all accounts and these are elected positions. If Randal wanted stiffer charges made, they would be.

Yeah, I'm sure Rand wouldn't want special treatment, but if an average person was attacked and injured this way, they would expect greater charges, or old fashioned street justice.

And who do you suppose Andrew Graham Beshear is?
He's the son of Kentucky's last governor, Steve Beshear!

The next year, he married Jane Klingner.[1] After the marriage, Beshear joined the Crestwood Christian Church which his wife attended.[3] The couple have two sons, Jeffery Scott Beshear and Andrew Graham Beshear, two grandsons, and one granddaughter.[1][5] Following their marriage, the Beshears moved to New York City, where Steve worked for the Wall Street law firm of White & Case.[6] He also served as an intelligence specialist in the United States Army Reserve, performing some of the duties of a Judge Advocate General.[7][8]

I am glad to think Rand is probably laughing his ass off somewhere because MSNBC had to apologize for talking $#@! about him. The only bad part is it probably hurts for him to laugh.

BLM should be very upset with the privileged treatment a upper society white man gets when prosecuted for assaulting a person. If that were a black man that beat Rand he would get many years in prison and have poor representation.

The joy that they feel seeing someone who has been demonized by MSNBC get attacked outweighs any such concerns.

Very likely. Those good old boy Democrats that are refusing to prosecute Boucher would probably have a different reaction if it was a black guy.

The attention of getting that scenario into the news with a prosecution could stir up all the more anti-GOP sentiment and hatred.
