Estelle Bender, 88, a Republican, was told she had already cast a vote when she went to vote in person. Others around her were saying the same thing.
Her only recourse was to cast a 'provisional' ballot.

In 1988 I was 6 years old and didn't support either candidate. Unfortunately I didn't know Ron Paul was running.
