Exclamation 'Got Played Again': All 3 Trump SCOTUS Picks Joined Liberals To Decline Texas Election Case

However due to respect for High Courts, in this case MAGA supporters must avoid using terms like 'treachery' (that was being used in case of foreign-firster globalist lobbies funded leaders and so called biggest 'MAGA allies' who ditched MAGA right after election while votes were still being counted in an insult to MAGA leader who had gone out of his way to do them favors during his Presidency):

All 3 Trump Supreme Court Appointees Decline Texas Election Case

All three of President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court appointees — Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett — joined Chief Justice John Roberts and the three liberal justices in declining to hear Texas v. Pennsylvania.
In a short order issued Friday, the Court declared that Texas lacked standing to bring its case against Pennsylvania and three other states whose election rules were changed outside their respective state legislatures, as the Constitution requires.

They didn't even care that this was "the most important case in history":

If the Supreme Court shows great Wisdom and Courage, the American People will win perhaps the most important case in history, and our Electoral Process will be respected again!

2 Sides to every coin. If a party wants to win on a technicality, they need to overcome technicalities that would prevent them from winning.

Was obvious from the very beginning that SCOTUS wasn't going to go his way.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett on Thursday rejected a plea from a group of Indiana University students to stop the university’s requirement that all students be vaccinated against the coronavirus.
Barrett, who received the request because she is the Supreme Court justice tasked with emergency petitions from that region of the country, did not give a reason. It appears she made the decision on her own, as she did not mention referring the matter to the other justices.
It was the first case about vaccination requirements to reach the Supreme Court. Both a federal district judge and a unanimous panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit had previously rejected the request that the university’s requirement be put on hold while the issue was further litigated.

And all 3 are, legally speaking, correct on this.
