Dude showed up shaved except for his arms and back. WTF? His back I get because his wife is out of town and she told me she does that for him but his arms?Chicken wings. My next door neighbor's wife is out of town and he stopped by and invited himself over for dinner, drinks, and a swim tonight. I hope he wears a swim shirt. He's a nice fella but he's really into body building and shaves his legs, chest, and back. I'm not sure how that helps with body building.Unfortunately, he doesn't keep up with his shaving and always seems to have a 5 o'clock shadow on his body. It's hard for me not to stare. A five o'clock shadow on a man's face is rather sexy but on his chest and legs, it screams lazy gay to me.
Tonight is quinoa with brussel sprouts, broccoli, peas, onions, cabbage, and carrots.
Thank you Suzanne...hmmm...worth thinking about..not aure how to start. I don't use Instagram much.

You really need to watch the video to see and hear more of Clark’s reaction, but it was pretty obvious to everyone in the room that he wasn’t a fan.
And the $3.99 a pint sale price didn’t impress Clark either.

It's pretty good. Obviously not as good as real ice cream BUT I felt like it was a reasonable substitute. It's been awhile since I had it but I remember liking the salted caramel flavor.
I just ate about four big spoonfuls of crunchy peanut butter. It was gud.
I'm not usually a fan of Indian food, but the other night my roommate and I made Tikka Masala and it was soooooo flippin good! So I'm having leftovers of that right now.
We made it with potatoes, carrots, peas, mushrooms, onions, garlic, cauliflower (and of course the sauce which makes the dish) served with rice. And apart from chopping all the veggies, it's really easy to make… Because we used a sauce that was already made. It's turning out to be one of my all-time favorite dishes.

Did a curry last night with chicken I had smoked previously and green peppers in a yoghurt sauce. Don't simmer yoghurt the way you would other sauces! Simmer the chicken, peppers and aromatic spices until they're good and hot and the garlic is roasted, then stir in the plain yoghurt and remove it from the heat just as soon as it's warm.
And don't spare the curry. If there's not enough to cover up that yoghurt taste, there's not enough.

I've been grazing all day. So far, I've had some Vanilla Double Stuff Oreos, chips and salsa, a salad, a bite off a leftover pork chop, and 1/2 a can of tuna. I'm way full but I don't feel satisfied. I'm not sure what I want but I'm fairly certain it's not in my kitchen.
Had a crapload of garden tomatoes to use up. Some of this is getting saved for our annual new years eggplant parm.
We got 2 lbs. of Chanterelles from a friend for $20. So..Chanterelles w/ copious butter, shallots, garlic, fresh oregano, fresh grated nutmeg, wine and heavy cream over noodles.
dinner-salmon steak fried in olive oil with blueberry sauce. Plus spinach salad and dessert(chocolate cake with protein frosting-25g or so total of protein in desert alone. kurwa!).
Greek yogurt with frozen blueberries and almonds, a bowl of Skinny Pop popcorn with salsa, and the last bit of cucumber in the fridge. Tomorrow's grocery day because I'm about out of food.
I used to have a special grocery day...but I found it works better and cheaper to just stock up and combine trips when things run low. Just FWIW. ~hugs~
