The Los Angeles County deputy district attorney suspended for misgendering a trans child molester fired back at District Attorney George Gascon on Monday, accusing him of endangering children with "misguided" progressive policies after trying a trans woman as a juvenile.
Shea Sanna, 34, who had been the lead prosecutor in the case that garnered national attention, told Fox News on Monday that he was unjustly punished by Gascon because he did not use the preferred pronouns of convicted child molester Hannah Tubbs when raising concerns that Tubbs was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system. Sources say Sanna's ruse claim, which was supported by jailhouse phone calls between Tubbs and her father, made others in Gascon's office uncomfortable and resulted in his five-day suspension.
"I was suspended because I did not use the preferred pronouns of a child molester when notifying the administration that I had evidence that James Tubbs was perpetrating a fraud on the court, playing the DAS' office and perpetrating a fraud on our justice system," Sanna said in an interview on "Tucker Carlson Tonight."

Hannah Tubbs, formerly known as James Tubbs, is a convicted child molester and accused murderer who allegedly began identifying as female only after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a Denny's bathroom stall, in order to get placed with juvenile girls while awaiting trial.
"James Tubbs was 26 years old and came from prison to the juvenile facility. So it wasn’t like this was a juvenile and was convicted as a juvenile…," Sanna said.

This is out of Ohio. An elementary school made the news when a group of black students mobbed and compelled white students to repeat the "Black Lives Matter" mantra under threat of physical violence.
Well, would you look at that?
A group of young, impressionable elementary kids modeling behavior seen in adults for the last 3 years or more, and we're supposed to be surprised.

The Springfield Police Department said an officer responded to Kenwood Elementary School just before 10:20 a.m. on Monday in reference to an incident that happened on Friday.
When the officer arrived, he spoke with the school's principal, Evan Hunsaker, who said an incident occurred on the playground on Friday during recess.
The principal told police that a group of Black students gathered several White students in the playground and forced them to say, "Black Lives Matter," against their will, the incident report states.
The suspects also allegedly recorded the White students who were forced to make the statement, police said.
Hunsaker told police the students who tried to avoid the situation were chased down, dragged or carried to a particular spot on the playground, with one student getting punched in the head by one of the suspects.
This is evil.
But this is what we are teaching these kids.
It happened on a Friday and the police weren't called until Monday. This was either handled by the school or just ignored completely while the victims went home and complained.
The report shows there were five victims and four suspects involved in Friday's incident...
District officials told ABC station WKEF in Dayton, Ohio, that they are aware of the incident and are "committed to providing our students with a safe learning environment, where they look forward to attending every day."
Police collected statements, and the suspects could face charges of assault and menacing.
"This incident is still under investigation and detectives continue to conduct interviews in the case," police said Thursday. "The Division is working in conjunction with the Clark County Prosecutor's office to determine potential next steps in this matter."
I hope that charges are pressed. This type of hatred and violence can't go unpunished.
But it shouldn't be a shock when young children start acting like the "adults."

Transgender bishop files lawsuit alleging he was forced out of his post after months of discrimination
The Rev. Megan Rohrer, who was elected as the first openly transgender bishop of one of the largest Christian denominations in the country in May 2021, has filed a lawsuit alleging that he was forced out from his post after enduring several months of discrimination and harassment.
The denomination, the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, declined comment, according to an email from spokesperson Candice Buchbinder.

In his lawsuit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Rohrer accuses the denomination of discriminating against him for being transgender and deliberately misgendering him and creating a "hostile work environment." He is seeking monetary damages.
Rohrer, who now works as a senior communications specialist with a Black nondenominational church in San Francisco, said Thursday that he always felt the support of Lutherans in the pews, but not from the higher echelons of the national church. On his first day as bishop, during a video call, Rohrer said he was misgendered and ridiculed for featuring drag queens at his ordination.
