I'm a skeptic of what has been produced as pizzagate evidence, but I do think Breitbart's death and the Breitbart Podesta tweet are very, very interesting. I also think Goldman Sachs Bannon's installation at Breitbart News is very suspect.Wow. If true, that doesn't surprise me. Having read the BBC article, I thought it was relatively reasonable. It outlined the Epstein/trump/Clinton connection. It brought to light Tony Podesta's friendship with Hastert. And it spent a surprising amount of column inch on Steve Huffman's post tampering. Most gratefully, it never used the term "fake news."

The height of the building does look like it is two stories- see it compared to the windows on the one next door. It is two stories in height.
though the high ceilings seem to show that there is just space and probably not offices up there.
Same link for "two stories" also describes the terrain as occupying 0.09 acres. One acre is 43,560 square feet. 0.09 acres would be 3,920 square feet. The building is listed as having 3,925 square feet so it can't have any upper or lower floors.

Legally, that would be a single story then as the 2nd floor joists have all been cut leaving only the rafters in open view (hence the building cannot structurally withstand another story.) Also, seems to indicate that basements are considered a 'story.'
...Also there is the article where he made that statement that he keeps is products in his basement and then throws a festivity.

Oh yea, and of course there are all those photos of work being done in his basement, all sorts of strange holes and ditches. So yea, there is that too.

Here's a puzzle for you.
If there is space on a second above-ground floor (there are two floors,) would it be included in the square footage (pushing it over the listed limit)? Yes.
If there is space on a below-ground "unfinished" basement (there are two floors,) would it be included in the square footage? No.
It is obvious that they gutted any previous trace of a second above-ground story, and replaced it with artistic cutout beams, and put a large poster on it. Doubt that that is up to code, to be considered a second story.
