this all is not up to us, in this cute lil ole cyber~ghost~towne here on the internet, the random factor

is all those "couch potatoes" who never voted in 2o16, the number of "no shows" is loosely equal to the

number of votes either major candidate got. we can go up on a soap box until the cows come home...

Lol wut? A bit late to start figuring out how to fix the Constitution or Libertarian parties for this cycle right before the election. Maybe we'll get lucky and they will get their heads out of their asses and elect someone principled, charismatic, down to earth, and tough without us organizing a caucus. Or were you thinking we should vote in the dem primary? I don't like any of them enough to vote for.

Trump's foreign policy sucks. He has really turned me off and I reckon lots of independents. I am getting sick of his lies and bullying.

Remember, he only won MI by 10k votes and WI by 25k votes. Bernie could pull it off. He will be an outsider but I wouldn't write the guy off if he becomes the nominee.

agreed, even if we all tried to register at the democratic~underground tomorrow and opine ourselves over a slew of threads
before we are jumped by the site's admin people, we won't be able to really influence the chain of events already in motiom!

call Bernie S a Socialist, or call him a communist. the guy has not really been on the take at all,
nor does he party animal smoooze up to big bucks fatcats. like Mike Pence, he budgets household
expenses. unlike Mike Pence, i'd say he really avoids the fatcats. The others can be worse than he.

After the Watergate scandal, Jimmy Carter in 1976 won over Jerry Ford by a small margin. Bernie is a d.c outsider from VT.

One thing ive noticed is Trump is extremely arrogant. He is governing like he had a landslide but it was far from that. In FL he won it by 1.3% and this was against Hillary who was a terrible candidate. Bernie is a strong campaigner, he will go after Trump on foreign policy and I reckon he would give him a big run for his money. It would be close IMO.

Warlord, i'll have to REP the good folks here, some more, before i can REP what you just said! Trump assumes things. Trump can boast. Be brazen.

What the hell are you talking about? 46% is a landslide. That's a record-breaking landslide. He got almost as much as John Kerry.

At his age, Sanders may have another heart attack attempting to beat his meat.

Sanders was supposed to be the Messiah to the working man. The working man wants to hear about the economy, not what bathrooms 125 genders should use, climate change, letting a flood of people in to drive down wages, etc. Trump would crush him in a debate.

His only strong point IMO is his somewhat non-interventionism, however, by November, people will forget about the attack on Iran's Solami and Trump will appear however he wants to appear.
