CA: Man stabbed in neck for no reason.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/transient...235930336.html

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A homeless man was charged Friday with murder in a random attack on a California father who was stabbed in the neck as his 5-year-old daughter sat in his lap in a crowded beachside steakhouse.

Mele and his wife were eating dinner with their daughter Wednesday at Aloha Steakhouse in Ventura. The girl was sitting in her father's lap when prosecutors say Jackson walked up and stabbed Mele in the neck.

    this planet sucks.

We're being governed ruled by a geriatric Alzheimer patient/puppet whose strings are being pulled by an elitist oligarchy who believe they can manage the world... imagine the utter maniacal, sociopathic hubris!

At least he didn't have a gun.

and don't believe that there was no reason. There was..

it just may never be investigated or known.
Liberty is lost through complacency and a subservient mindset. When we accept or even welcome automobile checkpoints, random searches, mandatory identification cards, and paramilitary police in our streets, we have lost a vital part of our American heritage. America was born of protest, revolution, and mistrust of government. Subservient societies neither maintain nor deserve freedom for long.

They refuse to do anything about the crazies wandering the streets. One of them walked by a guy I know who was walking with his family (kids in stroller) and a crazy slashed his arm with a knife (luckily not too deep). The Police tried everything to not arrest the guy and talk the guy I know out of pressing charges. He pressed them anyway and the cops sabotaged the prosecution by misreporting the races. Judge threw the case out because they said the Police reports were wrong.

What difference do the races make to a judge in a random stabbing ? Something wrong . If someone stabs me they automatically get stabbed back . Rule # 2 in the Oyarde Handbook .

The crazies love beach communities. Probably an open patio with a public walkway. It's a great conversation piece to have a nice meal with bums urinating or defecating a few feet away. Then they come over and ask if you are going to eat that, in case you want to give them some. Or if you have some spare change. Dummies that have their cell phones out on the table will find them gone when the bum leaves.

Guess it's a technicality to be able to throw out cases based on errors.

If you run them off, you'll get sued.

Homeless people can't pay court costs and probation fees, so what's the point in prosecuting them?

You can't tell that from a picture.

Oyarde's #1 rule is to shoot them before they get close enough to stab you.
