    Anxious About My Health

I've never been this anxious about my health. I just feel like I should be 101% fit. However, I'm getting the feeling that it's becoming I don't know OCD maybe? What should I do?

    Stay healthy.

Of course, staying healthy involves not obsessing, because that causes stress, and stress will kill you.

Easier said than done? Not really. Just keep doing what you're doing, with one exception. Turn off the (insert string of cuss words) television.

Agree with @acptulsa. Shut it all down! Take cleansing breathes when you feel overwhelmed. Breath through your nose and out you mouth--10 times. That helps calm and relax you. Pick up a hobby and take time for yourself. Stop, pause and meditate.
“The spirits of darkness are now among us. We have to be on guard so that we may realize what is happening when we encounter them and gain a real idea of where they are to be found. The most dangerous thing you can do in the immediate future will be to give yourself up unconsciously to the influences which are definitely present.” ~ Rudolf Steiner

Try not thinking about politics. Perhaps take a break from RPF.

I would suggest you doing exercise daily and doing some simple things like meditation, yoga, and massage can help with stressful OCD symptoms. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas that drive them to do something over and over (compulsions).
