India warships sent to strategic Gulf waters

India has sent warships and stepped up aerial surveillance in strategic Gulf waters, the Press Trust of India reported on Thursday, with global tensions rising in the region."INS Chennai and INS Sunayna have been deployed in the Gulf of Oman and the Persian Gulf to undertake maritime security operations," the navy said, quoted by PTI.
The aim is "to re-assure the Indian-flagged vessels operating/transiting through the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, following the maritime security incidents in the region," the navy said.

"Aerial surveillance by IN aircraft is also being undertaken in the area," India's navy said, according to PTI.

2. as of last week.... following his attendance at the latest SCO Shanghai Cooperation Organisation gathering
Modi seems to have openly and defiantly (Trump has threatened India w/ moar punishment) climbed down off India's neutral historical 'fence'
and has declared his dedication to the Russia/China vision for trade AND ALLIANCE.
3. Pakistan PM Imran Kahan was the 'surprise guest' at the same meetings.
HE ALSO openly declared (not only) his desire for peace and reconciliation with India...
but also the same declarations concerning Russia/China.

so I see FUKUS pretty much 'alone' on the playground with their NATO sycophants like Poland etc and their useless gulf pals.
