Are there laws and regulations about this kind of stuff, because I would have no clue. Personally, I didn't realize stars had an up & down position before. My gut feeling on this one is that there's a label on the back that says "MADE IN CHINA" and they screwed up the manufacturing. I have no proof or real reasoning to support this, but I do feel it's slightly more plausible than Hillary having a special 10 meter satanic flag she carries around with her.
