Broward County officials looking to steal FL senate/gov race? ballot fraud on Video?

Lots of fishy things happening in Broward County, FL. They are the only county that have not completed counting ballots even though they were supposed to do it immediately following the election, according to FL election law.

People were caught on camera moving ballots in and out of the government building in civilian cars.

Broward county elections supervisor, Brenda Snipes, has been in trouble for election fraud before
    https://joeforamerica.com/2016/11/br...-fraud-scheme/

The affidavit by Chelsey Marie Smith accuses Broward County officials of filling out blank absentee ballots to officials who she saw filling the ballots out at the Supervisor of Elections headquarters.

Smith said she was asked to deliver numerous ballots to a secret locked room where employees were filling out the absentee ballots. At first she was not clear as to what was happening. When she finally clearly saw what was up and reported it, she was terminated and told to never come back!

After being caught red-handed engaging in voter fraud, Broward Co FL Sec of Elections Brenda Snipes claimed staff were “replicating damaged ballots” in the locked secret room without official monitors present.

    https://www.politico.com/states/flor...ballots-150258
The election supervisor in Florida’s second-most populous county broke the law by destroying ballots cast in last year’s congressional primary involving Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, according to election-law experts across the political spectrum.

Marco Rubio has been hot on the trail today putting a spotlight on the situation.

Rick Scott makes a statement, lawsuits going out to Palm Beach & Broward County election supervisors.

    Here is the actual lawsuit

    NATIONAL REPUBLICAN SENATORIAL CASE NO.:
COMMITTEE and RICK SCOTT FOR IMMEDIATE HEARING
    SENATE,

    https://www.nationalreview.com/wp-co...ottvsnipes.pdf

Plaintiffs, the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Rick Scott for Senate sue
Defendant, Dr. Brenda C. Snipes, in her official capacity as Broward County Supervisor of
Elections, Florida (“Supervisor of Elections”), and state as follows:
    1. This action concerns Plaintiffs’ rights to access public records, pursuant to Article
I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution, and Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes (the “Public
    Records Act”).
Plaintiffs seek (i) an immediate, emergency hearing of this matter pursuant to
section 119.11, Florida Statutes; (ii) an Order from this Court declaring Defendants to be in
breach of their constitutional and statutory duties to permit access to public records; and (iii) an
Order from this Court compelling Defendants to provide Plaintiffs with access to those records.
    16. The Supervisor of Elections’s refusal to allow Plaintiffs to inspect the requested
public records violated the Public Records Act.
By refusing to provide access to the requested records—including a refusal to
provide any information regarding the number of ballots cast, the number of ballots counted, or
the number of ballots left to be counted in Broward County—the Supervisor of Elections
violated its constitutional and statutory duties under Florida’s Public Records Act.

If national embarrassment isn't enough to motivate them to get their act together, and eighteen years isn't enough time to do it, maybe Broward County should be forbidden from participating in national elections for the greater national good.

In 2000 it was Bush v. Gore. Obviously it should have been People of the United States v. Broward County Election Board. Too much pain and suffering.

    Breaking....

Florida Judge rules violation of the FL Constitution and demands immediate access by 7pm EST tonight and that it should be a matter of record at this point

Ultimate irony, the FL judge used a precedent that CNN argued in court that records should be readily available according to the law.

Prosecutors have opened an investigation concerning evidence that potentially hundreds of felons illegally voted in Broward County in the 2016 election.
There are 922 “questionable” ballots included in the investigation. The passage of Amendment 4 on the ballot in Florida restores voting rights to felons in the state of Florida going forward.
But for the purposes of the 2018 election being counted, felons do not have the right to vote.

As the vote-counting situation in Florida intensifies, Big League Politics has obtained public information showing that people who are officially listed as being under the age of 18 voted in the state of Florida in the early or absentee voting process.
People must be 18 years old to vote in the state of Florida. Although 17-year olds can vote in a primary if they turn 18 before the general election, no one is allowed to vote in a general election without being 18.
A whistleblower who saw official voter information from the 2018 election confirms to Big League Politics that multiple people listed as under the age of 18 actually voted in this midterm election in the round of early or absentee voting, while dozens more are registered to do so.

I gotta admit, this is pretty crazy and the scandal has been blowing up. Democrat talking point is, GOP is stealing the election by attempting to stop a recount.

Check out this video where there are several large trucks blocking the entrances of the Broward County elections office, and you can see trucks actually leaving the facility.

Some people are claiming minutes 15-16 are highly suspicious.

Towards the end Scott / De Santis supporters descend on the front entrance.

A temporary worker for the Broward County Supervisor of Elections Office in Florida has alleged in a sworn affidavit obtained by Newsmax that she was fired this week after witnessing possible absentee ballot fraud by office workers.

According to the affidavit, the former employee alleged that on Monday about 8:30 p.m. she had been told to take a stack of absentee ballot forms to what is known as the Pitney-Bowes Room at the Supervisor of Elections (SOE) office in Lauderhill, Fla.
Through the locked door's window, she saw four workers sitting at a table in the room with "stacks of documents and writing something," according to the affidavit.
She knocked on the door — and an SOE worker opened the door, took the stack from her "and closed the door," she alleged. "The employee seemed very rushed."
When the former employee returned a short time later with a second stack, the woman was allowed into the room.
"I could see the four SOE employees sitting at the same table actively filling out election ballots," she said in the affidavit. Each worker "had a stack of blank ballots to the right of them … and a stack of completed ballots to their left."

Every completed stack contained "perhaps a dozen" ballots, she claimed.
The four workers also were "using the same black pens … that the SOE supplies to voters at polling places.
"I was then told to leave the room by one of the employees at the table," she said in the affidavit.
The former employee said that she did not initially report what she had seen "to anyone at the SOE because of fear of retaliation."
However, after returning from lunch about 12:30 p.m. the following day, the woman alleged that she was "met by a uniformed security guard at the SOE entrance and told that I had been terminated.
"I was given no explanation for this action," the former employee said.
